제2도는 제1도에서 2-2선에 따라 실질적으로 자른 본 발명의 교체이동봉 하우징 어셈블리와 중립 감지기 어셈블리의 단면 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 교체이동봉 하우징 어셈블리(70)내에서 중심에서 축방향으로 변위되지 않은 위치로 부터, 적어도 3개의 병행 교체이동레일(60A,62A, 그리고 64A)의 하나의 축방향 변위를 감지하는 중립 감지기어셈블리로, 상기한 각 교체이동 레일들은 교체이동 봉하우징(72)내에 마련된 실질적으로 병행인 보어(74,76 및 78)안에 움직일 수 있게 되어 있고, 그안에 중립감지너치(60C,62C,64C, 각각)가 있으며, 상기한 모든 중립감지너치들은, 모든 상기한 교체이동 레일들이 중심의 축방향으로 변위되지 않는 위치에 있을때, 축방향으로 배열하게 되어있으며, 상기한 중립감지기어셈블리는 다음과 같은 특징을 하고 있는데 중립감지봉(104)은 상기한 교체이동봉하우징내에 마련된 통로내에 받어지게 되어 있고, 상기한 교CP이동레일들의 축(80,82,84)을 실질적으로 가로질러서 뻗어 있으며, 상기한 감지봉의 이동을 안내하는 방법은 평면(86)에 대하여 실질적으로 수직인 방향으로, 상기한 교체이동레일의 축구실을 하고 있고, 상기한 중립감지봉 또는 부품(104A-104C)은, 상기한 교체이동레일내에 마련된 상기한 붕립감지너치들 안에서 받어질수 있게 모든 교체이동레일들이 비축방향으로 변위한 위치에 있을때 그와 함께 움직일 수 있으며, 제1위치구실을 하는 상기한 중립감지봉부에서 상기한 중립감지봉은, 실질적으로 병행되게 되어 있고, 상기한 평면(86)에서 부터 최소한의 변위가 되어 있으며, 제2위치에서 상기한 중립감지봉은, 실질적으로 병행되게 되어 있고, 상기한 평면(86)에서 부터 최대한월 변위가 되어 있으며, 축방향으로 변위하지 않은 위치로 부터 완전히 축방향으로 변위한 상태까지 상기한 교체이동 레일의 어느 이동에 있어, 상기한 중립감지봉이 제1위치에서 제2위치로 강제로 가게 하며, 그리고 감지장치(112)가 상기한 중립감지봉의 제1위치에서 제2위치로의 이동을 감지하게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중립감지기어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 각 감지너치들(60C,62C 그리고 64C)은, 한쌍의 반경방향이고, 축방향으로 안폭으로 뻗어있는 램프(ramp)부 (88,90)를 구성하고, 확장된 외부직경의 대지부(90)에서 부터 축방향으로 연장부(96)를 갖인 감소된 외부크기의 기지부(94)까지 연장되어 있으며, 상기한 중립감지봉부는 실질적으로 6각형 단면형을 하고 있고, 상기한 중립감지봉부의 넓이는 실질적으로 상기한 중립감지홈의 기지부의 축 방향 길이와 동일하게 되어 있는 중립감지기어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 감지장치(112)는 축방향으로 변위가능한 부품(114)이, 상기한 평면(86)에 대하여 실질적으로 수직방향으로 변위할 수 있어, 중앙의 축방향으로 변위하지 않은 위치에서부터 상기한 교체이동레일의 어느 축방향 변위를 표시할 수 있는 신호를 마련하게 되어 있고, 상기한 중립감지봉이 상기한 변위가능한 부품을 연결하여, 그것을 제2위치내에서 변위하게한 중립감지기어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 2개의 위치감지부품(112)의 축방향으로 변위할 수 있는 부품(114)이, 상기한 교체이동레일들의 가장외부의 것의 하나의 축사이의 실질적으로 중간에 위치하고 있는 중립감지기어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중립감지봉(10)을 안내하는 상기한 수단이, 상기한 교체이동봉 하우징의 하나와 중립감지봉내에 마련된 한쌍의 거리를 두고 떨어져 있는 보어(bores)를 구성하며, 상기한 교체이동봉 하우징과 중립감지봉의 또 다른것안에 마련된 한쌍의 거리를 두고 떨어진 핀(pins)을 구성하고 있으며, 상기한 핀(pins)은, 상기한 보어내에 미끄럼질할수 있게 받어지게되어 있는 중립감지기어셈블리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
