Claims (10)
- 수성배양기에서 포유동물세포의 배양동안에 형성된 암모니아 제거공정에 있어서(a)양측 지지분비액막의 일축과 수성배양기를 접촉시키고 그 지지막이 미공성 소수성중합 매트릭스이며, (b)상기 지지분비액막의 다른쪽과 접촉하여 스트립용액을 유지하며 상기 스트립용액이 pH≤7.0을 가진 수성용액이 포유동물 세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지분비액막의 분비액은 개스인 포유동물 세포뱅양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분비액은 디알킬 포스포릭산, 디알킬포스포닉산, 알릴 설포닉산, 알킬 설포닉산, 알릴 카복시릭산, 알킬 카복시릭산, 알릴 알콜, 알릴 아민, 아킬 아민, 트리 알킬 포스파인 옥상이드와 그 용액에서 선택되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 미공성 소수성 중합 막 지지매트릭스는 적어도 하나가 속이 빈 섬유, 구슬, 구슬기질에 코팅한 것에서 선택되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 막 지지매트릭스는 적어도 한 개가 속이 빈섬유이며 상기 수성배양기는 적어도 한 개의 속이빈 섬유의 루멘에서 순환되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 적어도 한 개의 속이 빈 섬유는 상기 수성배양기와 스트립용액을 위하여 입구와 출구 구멍을 가진 적어도 하나의 모듈로 포트된 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 미공성 속이 빈 섬유는 폴리프로필렌, 폴리 테트라 플로로에틸렌, 폴리(비닐리딘 플로라이드), 폴리 설폰과 폴리 에테르 설폰으로 이루어지는 중합체에서 선택되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 막 지지매트릭스는 암모니아 흡수물질의 구슬기질위에 적어도 하나의 코팅된 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 암모니아 흡수물질의 구슬기질은+이온교환 수지 및 수소이온포함 다공세라믹에서 선택된 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
- 제1항 있어서, 수성배양기는 포유동물세포배양에서 더 사용되게 재순환되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
