Claims (10)

  1. 수성배양기에서 포유동물세포의 배양동안에 형성된 암모니아 제거공정에 있어서(a)양측 지지분비액막의 일축과 수성배양기를 접촉시키고 그 지지막이 미공성 소수성중합 매트릭스이며, (b)상기 지지분비액막의 다른쪽과 접촉하여 스트립용액을 유지하며 상기 스트립용액이 pH≤7.0을 가진 수성용액이 포유동물 세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지분비액막의 분비액은 개스인 포유동물 세포뱅양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분비액은 디알킬 포스포릭산, 디알킬포스포닉산, 알릴 설포닉산, 알킬 설포닉산, 알릴 카복시릭산, 알킬 카복시릭산, 알릴 알콜, 알릴 아민, 아킬 아민, 트리 알킬 포스파인 옥상이드와 그 용액에서 선택되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 미공성 소수성 중합 막 지지매트릭스는 적어도 하나가 속이 빈 섬유, 구슬, 구슬기질에 코팅한 것에서 선택되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 막 지지매트릭스는 적어도 한 개가 속이 빈섬유이며 상기 수성배양기는 적어도 한 개의 속이빈 섬유의 루멘에서 순환되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 적어도 한 개의 속이 빈 섬유는 상기 수성배양기와 스트립용액을 위하여 입구와 출구 구멍을 가진 적어도 하나의 모듈로 포트된 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 미공성 속이 빈 섬유는 폴리프로필렌, 폴리 테트라 플로로에틸렌, 폴리(비닐리딘 플로라이드), 폴리 설폰과 폴리 에테르 설폰으로 이루어지는 중합체에서 선택되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 막 지지매트릭스는 암모니아 흡수물질의 구슬기질위에 적어도 하나의 코팅된 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 암모니아 흡수물질의 구슬기질은+이온교환 수지 및 수소이온포함 다공세라믹에서 선택된 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
  10. 제1항 있어서, 수성배양기는 포유동물세포배양에서 더 사용되게 재순환되는 포유동물세포배양에서 암모니아 제거방법.
