Claims (17)

  1. 산화된 황화 염료 입자의 수성 현탄액을 막에 의해 분리 처리함을 포함하는, 산화된 염료의 수성 분산액의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가황 반응 생성물의 수성 혼합물을, 무기 황화물이 존재하지 않을때까지 산화시킴으로써 산화된 황화염료 입자의 수성 현탄액을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화에 앞서 유효량의 아황산 나트륨 및/또는 아질산 나트륨으로 처리함으로써 산화된 황화 염료 입자의 수성 현탄액의 폴리황(polysulfur) 함량을 낮추는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막기 분자량 500이상을 차단시키는 공극 크기를 가지는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투과액의 전도율이 900μΩ/㎝ 미만일때까지 막에 의한 분리를 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막에 의해 분리 처리시 필수적으로 현탁액의 부피를 일정하게 유지하는 속도로 물을 첨가하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물의 첨가없이 추가로 막에 의한 분리를 수행함으로써 수성염료 분산액을 또한 농축시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황화 염료 입자의 응집을 억제하기에 충분한 양의 표면 활성제를 산화된 황화 염료 입자의 수성 현탁액에 첨가하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 산화된 황화 염료의 수성 분산액.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 염료가 16μ이하의 고체 입자 형태인 수성 분산액.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자의 최소한 50%가 4μ이하인 수성 분산액.
  12. 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 황화물 함량이, 분산액이 pH 3으로 산성화될 때 황화 수소를 방출하지 않도록 하는 양인 수성 분산액.
  13. 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 함량이, 염료 시료를 연소시키는 경우 회분함량이 무수 함량을 기준으로 2중량% 미만이 되도록 하는 양인 수성 분산액.
  14. 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.2N 황산 암모늄 제이구리 용액을 사용한 전위차 적정에 의해 측정할 때 환원 당량이 0인 수성 분산액.
  15. 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 분산액의 사용을 포함하는 황화 염료로 직물 기재(texile substrate)를 염색하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산액을 환원당 및 알칼리로 처리하여 산화된 황화 염료를 환원시키고, 환원된 염료를 직물 기재에 적용하는 방법.
  17. 제15항 또는 제16항의 방법에 의해 염색된 기재.
