본 고안은 헤어브러쉬에 관한 것으로 특히, 브러쉬부와 손잡이부를 절접하여 보관할수 있는 절첩되는 헤어브러쉬에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 개발된 헤어브러쉬의 구조들은 머리를 빗는 브러쉬부(1)와 손잡이부(2)로 되어 있고, 단일체로 구성되어 있으며, 구조와 기능에 따라서 손잡이부(2)를 스프레이의 구조로 만들어진 것도 있다.
이들은 모두 단일체로 되어 있으므로 머리를 빗거나 스프레이로 분무를 하는등의 사용시에는 펀리하였으나, 핸드백속에 휴대를 하거나 그밖의 장소에 보관을 할 때에는 비교적 넓은 공간부를 차지하는 단점이 있다.
그러므로, 본 고안은 이와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로, 본 고안의 헤어브러쉬는 브러쉬부와 스프레이겸 손잡이부를 절첩할 수 있는 구조를 포함하는 형태의 헤어 브러쉬를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이하, 본 고안의 구성및 작용효과를 첨부한 도면을 참고로 양호한 실시예를 상술하면 아래와 같다.
제1도 내지 제3도에서. 본 고안의 양호한 실시예에 의한 헤어브러쉬는 상호절첩되는 브러쉬부(l)와, 스프레이겸 손잡이부(2)로 결합구성되어 있다.
브러쉬부(1)는 다수의 빗날(11)들이 식모되어 있고 절첩가능하도록 일단에는 한쌍의 평행지지부재(3a,3b)를 돌출 구성하고, 이 평행지지부재들의 상부면에는 후술하는 회동지지부재의 결합을 용이하게 하기 위한 안내요구(10)를 형성하고 이 회동지지부재를 회동가능토록 지지시키는 결합공(6)을 구성하였다.
그리고 이 브리쉬부와 회동 자재되는 스프레이겸 손잡이부(2)는 외주연에 돌을부재(4)를 돌출구성하되, 돌출부재(4)는 상기한 평행지지부재에 삽입될 수 있는 회동지지부재(5)를 구비하고, 이 회동지지부재의 양측면에는 전술한 평행지지부재의 결합공(6)과 회전가능하도록 결합되는 돌기(7)를 돌출구성하였다.
그리고 이 회동지지부새의 하단부에는 탄성편(9)을 형성하여서 브러쉬부(1)와 스프레이겸손잡이부(2)의 결합시에 브러쉬부(1)의 만곡면(12)과 맞닿아서 탄력지지하여 사용시에는 브러쉬부(1)의 흔들림을 방지하도록 하였다.
그리고, 이 돌출부재(4)의 회동지기부재(5)좌우에는 젖힘방지편(8)을 형성하여서 사용시에 브러쉬부의 평행지지부새의 측면(14)과 맞닿아 브러쉬부(1)가 뒤로 젖혀져서 스프레이겸 손잡이부(2)의 스프레이 두부(13)가 작동불능 상태로 되는 것을 방지하도록 하였다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 해어브러쉬는 스프레이겸 손잡이부(2)의 회동지지부재(5)를 브러쉬부(1)의 평행지지부재(3a,3b)사이의 안내요구(10)에 맞대고, 억지끼워맞춤 하면 합성수지의 탄성력에 의하여 긴밀히 밀착되면서 결합공(6)과 돌기(7)가 회전 가능하도록 요철 결합되어서 브러쉬우(1)와 스프레이겸손잡이부(2)가 절첩가능한 상태가 된다.
그러므로 사용시에는 제1도와 같은 상태로 머리를 빗거나 스프레이로 분무를 할수가 있고, 휴대 및 보관시에는 제4도와 같이 절첩하여서 부피를 절반으로 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  1. 측면에 결합공(6)과 상면에 안내요구(10)를 갖는 한쌍의 평행지지부재(3a,3b)를 구비한 브러쉬부(1)와, 측면에 돌기(7)와 하단부에 탄성편(9)을 갖는 회동지지부재(5)를 구비하고 있고, 이 회동지지부재의 좌우에 젖힘방지면(8)들을 포함하는 돌출부재(4)를 외주연에 구비한 스프레이겸 손잡이부(2)를 상기 브러쉬부와 억지끼워 맞춤하여서 절첩 및 회동자재가 가능하도록 된 절첩되는 헤어브러쉬.
