제1도는 본 발명의 형광체(Y0-9Tb0.1)3PO7(실시예1)의 발광 스펙트럼 도이고, 제2도 내지 제3도는 각각 본 발명의 Y3PO7을 형광체 모체로 하고 유로품, 사마륨, 툴륨 또는 디스프로슘을 부활제로 한 형광체(각각 실시예 4,5,6,7)의 발광 스펙트럼 도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 조성식(Ln1-xLn'x)3PO7(단 Ln은 이트륨, 란탄, 가돌리늄, 및 루테튬에서 선택되는 적어도 1종, Ln'은 테르븀, 세륨, 유로퓸, 프라세오디뮴, 사마륨, 디스프로슘, 에르븀, 툴륨 및 홀로뮴에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, x는 0.0001x0.5를 만족시키는 수이다.)로 표시되는 3가 금속 인산염의 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 x가 0.005x0.3을 만족시키는 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 Ln이 이트륨이거나 또는 이트륨을 주요부로 하고 Ln'가 테르븀인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성에 마그네슘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
