Claims (1)

  1. 전류 의존형 칼라 음극선관에 있어서, 전류밀도-휘도특성이 사브리니어 특성을 나타내는 적색발광형광체와 전류밀도-휘도특성이 리니어 또는 스파리니어를 나타내는 한 종류 이상의 형광체가 혼합 또는 각기 층상에 적층된 형광면을 구비하고, 상기 적색 발광 형광체는, 그 조성식이(Ln1-xEux)2O2S(단, Ln은 이트륨, 랜턴 가드륨 또는 루테륨의 적어도 한 종류, x는, 0.05x0.10의 값을 나타내고, 다른 테르븀 Tb, 프라세오디뮴 Pr 등의 희토류 불순물이 10ppm 미만)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전류의 존형 칼라 음극선관.
