제3도는 인쇄회로기판상에 장착된 커넥터와 이 커넥터의 장착 플랜지 구멍 안에 고정된 보드로크의 단부도.

Claims (10)

  1. 보드로크 수용 리쎄스(54, 146, 176, 204, 206)와 장착면(50)으로 구성된 유전 하우징(26)과, 상기 리쎄스(54, 145, 176, 204, 206)내에 배치되었으며 인쇄 회로기관(24) 내의 보드로크 수용 구멍(56) 내에 삽입되는 제2부를 갖는 보드로크(22)를 구비하는, 인쇄 회로기관에 장착되는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 보드로크는 제1부(58)로 부터 상기 장착면(50)을 넘어 단부(80)를 향해 연장하는 스프링수단(72,74)을 구비하며, 상기 스프링 수단상에는 보드로크 수용구멍(50)의 벽수단을 결합하기 위해, 제1부 (58)와 단부(80)사이에 스프링 수단(72,74)을 따라 가시수단(84)이 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 (72,74)은 한쌍의 스프링을 구비하고, 이들 스프링 사이에 연장슬로트(70)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 수단(72,74)을 넓히도록 스프링수단(72,74)을 작동시키는 작동클립(96)을 구비하여, 전기 커넥터(20)를 인괘 회로기판(24)에 장착시키고 스프링수단 작동수단(76)을 작동시킴에 따라, 가시수단(84)이 억지 끼워맞춤으로 보드로크 수용구멍(56)의 벽수단(92)과 결합하여, 커넥터(20)가 인쇄 회로기판(24)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연장슬로트(70)는 상기 제1부(58)에 근접하는 넓은 영역(97)과 단부(30)에 근접하는 좁은 영역(100)을 가지며, 상기 보드로크(22)는, 상기 넓은 영역 (98)내에 수용되어 상기 좁은 영역 (100)을 향해 이동하기 적당한 탭수단(118)을 갖는 작동 클립(96)을 구비하여, 전기 커넥터(20)가 인쇄 회로기판(24)에 장착되고 작동클립(96)이 작동함에 따라, 스프링수단(72,74)상의 가시수단(84)이 억지 끼워 맞춤으로 보드로크 수용구멍(56)의 벽 수단(92)과 결합하여 커넥터(20)가 인쇄 회로기판(24)에 고정 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리쎄스는 밀접하게 이격되어 대향되어 있는 정지면(182, 184)쌍을 이루고 장착면(50)으로부터 오목한, 한쌍의 이격 채널(178, 180)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커렉터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1부(58)는, 상기 한쌍의 이격 채널(178, 180)사이에서 연장하여 상기 리쎄스안으로 삽입 가능하고 이 한쌍의 이격 채널(178, 180)내에 수용되는 크기를 갖는 한쌍의 측면 모서리(186,188)를 가지며 삽입시에 리쎄스를 따라 이동가능한 클립(170)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리쎄스(54, 146, 176, 204, 206)는 상기 하우징내에 측면 채널(146)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1부(58)는 상기 보드로크(22)의 단부(80)와 접하는 유지면(144a)을 형성하기 위해, 절단된 선부분(144)과, 제1부(58)의 면으로부터 형성되어 상기 절단된 선부분(144)과 인접하는 제1부의 영역을 구비하며, 상기 측면 채널(146)은 상기 장착면(50)과 떨어져서 접하는 오프셋(156)을 가지며, 상기 유지면(144a)은 상기 측면 패널(146)내에 상기 보드로크(22)를 고정시키기 위해 측면 패널(146)에서 상기 오프셋(156)과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리쎄스(54, 146, 176, 204, 206)는 적어도 하나의 접촉 수용 통로(274, 206)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그위에 가시(218)를 갖고 제1부(58)로부터 연장하는 탭(207, 202)을 구비하며, 상기 탭이 가시(218)와 함께 접촉 수용 통로(204, 206)인으로 연장하여 통로(204,206)의 벽(224, 226)과 결합하여, 상기 보드로크(22)가 상기 하우징(26)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
