- 기판(1)의 내부에 맞품판(2)을 습동할수 있도록 한 것에 있어서 기판(1)의 전면에는 좌측에 절삭가공의 기본이 되는 절삭조건도표(3)를 도시하고 우측에는 피삭재의 재질(4), 공구형태(5), 공구재질(6) 및 캇터(7)의 종류에 따른 수치(8)를 표시하여 도표(3)와의 사이에 회전당이송량수치(9)를 미세한 간격으로 순차표시하고 그 측면에는 이송속도(10)와 히전수(11)를 공란으로 투명하게 표시하며 또 이들의 상부에는 적당한 간격으로 절삭속도(12)를 순차 표시한 아래에 캇타공작물 직경(13)을 나타낼수 있는 공란의 투명부(14)를 형성하고 하부에는 절삭폭(15)과 소요동력(16)을 적정간격으로 순차 표시한 상하에 이송속도(10)와 절삭깊이(17)를 표시할 수 있는 공란의 투명부(18)(19)를 형성하는 한편 기판(1)의 배면에는 리머, 랩, 드릴의 절삭조건(20)을 적당한 간격으로 표시한 아래에 미리나사(28)별로 드릴구멍치수(21)를 표시할수 있는 공간의 투명부(22), 카운터싱킹 구멍치수 표시부( 23), 카운터보링 구멍치수(24)를 표시할수 있는 공란의 투명부(25)를 도시하고 기판(1)의 내부를 습동하는 맞춤판(2)에는 일면에 기판(1)의 전면에 대응하는 직경(13)과 회전수(26), 이송속도(10), 절삭깊이(17)를 적정간격으로 순차표시하며 타면에는 기판(1)의 배면에 대응하는 회전수(11)와 회전당 이송량(9), 드릴직경(27), 미리나사(28), 드릴구멍치수(21), 카운터보링구멍치수(30)를 적당한 간격과 배열로 표시하여서 되는 절삭가공용 계산척.
