Claims (3)
- 유체가 흐르는 관의 일부를 전자냉각소자로 냉각함과 동시에, 이 냉각되는 관 표면의 온도에 의거하여 상기 유체의 유량을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량측정방법.
- 유체가 흐르는 관의 일부를 전자냉각소자로 냉각하도록 구성함과 동시에 상기 관의 냉각부분에서도 상류측의 관 표면에 온도검출 제1소자를, 상기 전자 냉각소자의 표면에 온도검출 제2소자를, 상기전자냉각소자로 냉각되는 관표면에 온도검출 제3소자를 각각 설치하고, 상기 온도검출 제1소자의 검출온도와 온도검출제2소자의 검출온도와의 차가 항상 소정치로 되도록, 상기 전자냉각소자를 제어하면서, 상기 온도검출 제3소자의 검출온도와 상기 온도검출 제2소자의 검출온도와의 차에 의거하여 상기 관내를 흐르는 유체의 유량을 측정하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량계.
- 액체탱크와, 이 액체탱크에서 액체를 송출하는 수단과, 상기 액체탱크에서의 공급유로중에 설치되는 유량계및 그 하류측의 밸브를 구비한 액체용 유량제어장치이고, 상기 유량계는 액체가 흐르는 관의 일부를 전자냉각소자로 냉각하도록 구성함과 동시에, 상기 관의 냉각 부분보다는 상류측의 관표면에 온도 검출 제1소자를, 상기 전자냉각소자의 표면에 온독출 제2소자를, 상기 전자냉각소자로 냉각되는 관표면에 온도검출 제3소자를 각각 설치하고, 상기 온도검출 제1소자의 검출온도와 온도 검출 제2소자의 검출온도와의 차가 항상 소정치로 되도록, 상기 전자냉각소자를 제어하면서, 상기 온도검출 제3소자의 검출온도와 상기 온도검출 제2소자의 검출온도와의 차에 의거하여, 상기 관대를 흐르는 액체의 유량을 측정하도록 구성하고 상기 유량계에서의 신호에 의해 상기 밸브의 개도를 조정하고 소정유량의 액체를 공급하도록 구성한것을 특징으로 하는 액체용 유량제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
