액정 TV 패널용 공통 전극구조
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 액정 TV패널의 단면 구조도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 TV 패널의 단면 구조도이며,
제3도는 제2도에서의 제2공통 전극의 평면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 배면유리기판(1a)상에 헝성핀 박막 트랜지스터 (11)로 상,하부의 기판(1a)(1b)에 각각 형성된 배향막(5a)(5b)사이에 있는 화소의 액정(9)을 구동하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시소자에 있어서, 전면유리기판(1b)상에 형성된 공통 전극을 제1공통전극(2) 및 제2공동전극(7)의 이층구조로 되게한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 TV패널용 공통 전극구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전면유리기판(1b) 상의 공통전극이 전면유리기판(1b) 상에 제1공통전극, 칼라필터층, 절연층(6), 제2공통전극(7), 절연층(8) 및 배향막(5b)이 순차로 적층된 구조를 특징으로 하는 액정 TV패널용 공통전극.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2공통 전극(7)을 배면유리기판(1a)의 화소전극(14)의 크기와 일치되게 하는 것을 특징 하는 액정 TV 패널용 공통전극.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제2공통전극(7) 상에 형성되는 절연층(8)이 평활되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 TV패널용 공통전극.
