Claims (2)

  1. 통상의 액정표시소자에 있어서, 박막트랜지스터(20)가 내면에 구성된 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)의 외면에 적색 필터(14), 녹색필터(15) 및 청색필터(16)를 배열형성하고 각 필터사이에 크롬금속막인 블랙매트릭스(12)를 형성하며 그 위에 편광판(11)을 부착하는 한편, 이 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)과 그로부터 공간적으로 떨어져 있고 편광판(18)과 배향전극(13)으로 구성된 배향유리기판(17)사이에 액정(19)을 채워 형성한 액정표시소자.
  2. 통상 액정표시소자에 있어서, 박막 트랜지스터(20)가 내면에 구성된 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)의 외면에 박막트랜지스터(20)의 하부에 위치하도록 크롬금속막인 블랙메트릭스(12)를 형성하고 그위에 편광판(11)을 부착하는 한편, 이 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)과 공간적으로 떨어져 있고 편광판(18)과 적색필터(14), 녹색필터(15), 청색필터(16) 및 배향전극이 부착된 배향유리기판(17)사이에 액정(19) 을 채워 형성한 액정표시소자.
