Claims (2)
- 통상의 액정표시소자에 있어서, 박막트랜지스터(20)가 내면에 구성된 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)의 외면에 적색 필터(14), 녹색필터(15) 및 청색필터(16)를 배열형성하고 각 필터사이에 크롬금속막인 블랙매트릭스(12)를 형성하며 그 위에 편광판(11)을 부착하는 한편, 이 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)과 그로부터 공간적으로 떨어져 있고 편광판(18)과 배향전극(13)으로 구성된 배향유리기판(17)사이에 액정(19)을 채워 형성한 액정표시소자.
- 통상 액정표시소자에 있어서, 박막 트랜지스터(20)가 내면에 구성된 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)의 외면에 박막트랜지스터(20)의 하부에 위치하도록 크롬금속막인 블랙메트릭스(12)를 형성하고 그위에 편광판(11)을 부착하는 한편, 이 액티브 매트릭스 기판(1)과 공간적으로 떨어져 있고 편광판(18)과 적색필터(14), 녹색필터(15), 청색필터(16) 및 배향전극이 부착된 배향유리기판(17)사이에 액정(19) 을 채워 형성한 액정표시소자.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
