Claims (1)

  1. 하유리기판(1)에 인디움산화주석막(2) 및 크롬막(3), 박막트랜지스터(4), 배향막(5)을 형성한 하기판(6)과, 상유리기판(1')에 칼라필터(8) 및 인디움산화주석막(2'), 크롬막(3'), 배향막(5')을 형성한 상기판(7) 사이에 액정(10)을 주입하고, 편광판(11)(11')을 부착한 칼라액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 칼라필터(8)의 적색 및 녹색, 청색화서(8a)(8b)(8c)에 약 30-60㎛의 투과공(8')을 다수개 천공함을 특징으로 하는 칼라액정표시소자.
