Claims (16)

  1. (a)윤활유를 연료 연소산이 오일내로 도입되는 엔진의 피스톤 링 영역으로 순환시키고, (b)적어도 산의 일부가 중화되어 약염기 및 연소산을 함유하는 가용성 중성염을 형성하도록 피스톤 링 영역에서 연소산을 약염기와 접촉시키며, (c)가용성 중성염을 함유하는 피스톤 링 영역의 엔진 하향 스트립의 윤활시스템내에 고정화된 비균질 강염기로 순환시키고, (d)가용성 중성염을 비균질 강염기와 접촉시켜 염증의 약염기 적어도 일부를 제거하여 윤활유내로 되돌려 보내고 비균질 강염기와 함께 고정화된 강염기/연소산 염을 형성함을 포함하는 가용성 약염기를 포함하고 엔진의 윤활시스템내를 순환하는 윤활유로 윤활 처리된 내부연소 엔진내의 피스톤 침적물을 감소시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약염기가 디알킬아민, 트리알킬아민, 디알킬 포스핀, 트리알킬포스핀, 또는 그이 혼합물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약염기가 트리헥실아민, 트리옥타데실아민, 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬아민이 트리옥타데실아민을 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강염기가 산화바륨, 탄산캄슘, 수산화캄슘, 산화마그네슘, 알루민산 나트륨, 탄산나트륨, 수산화나트륨 산화아연 또는 그의 혼합물인방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 강염기가 산화아연을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비균질 강염기를 기재상에 혼합하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 알루미나, 활성 점토, 세룰로즈, 시멘트 접합재, 실리카-알루미나, 활성탄 또는 그이 혼합물인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 엔진의 오일 필터시스템의 일부인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 오일을 윤활시스템 내에 위치한 흡착제와 접촉시켜 다핵 방향족 화합물을 윤활유로부터 또한 제거하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제 및 비균질 강염기를 엔진의 오일 필터 시스템 내에 포함시키는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제를 적어도 하나의 엔진 첨가제로 함침시키는 방법.
  13. (a)엔진의 윤활시스템을 순환하는 윤활유, (b)약염기 및 연소산을 함유하는 가용성 중성염을 형성하도록 오일중에 존재하는 산을 중화시킬 수 있는 가용성 약염기 및 (c) 엔진의 윤활시스템내에 고정화된 비균질 강염기(이때 강염기는 약염기를 윤활유로 되돌려 보내고 생성된 강염기/안염기 비균질 강염기와 함께 고정화되도록 가용성 중성염으로부터 약염기를 제거할 수 있다)를 포함하는 내부연소 엔진의 윤활유에 존재하는 산의 중화에 의해 생성되는 상기 엔진내의 침적물을 감소 시키기 위한 시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 약염기가 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 한항과 같이 정의되는 시스템.
  15. (a)가용성 약염기를 윤활유에 첨가하고, (b)윤활 시스템내의 제1위치에서 약염기와 산을 접촉시켜 산을 중화시키고 약염기 및 산을 함유하는 가용성 중성염을 형성시키고, (c)윤활시스템내의 제2위치에서 고정화된 비균질 강염기와 가용성 중성염을 접촉시켜 중성염으로부터 약염기 적어도 일부를 제거하여 오일로 되돌려 보내고 비균질 강염기와 함께 고정화되는 강염기/산염을 형성시킴을 포함하는 윤활시스템내를 순환하는 윤활유에 존재하는 산의 중화에 의해 생성되는 부착물을 내부연소 엔진의 윤활 시스템내의 한 위치로부터 윤활시스템의 다른 위치로 이동시키는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 약염기 및 강염기 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항과 정의되는 방법.
