Claims (10)

  1. (a)유기 디- 및/또는 폴리이소시아네이트, (b)아민 말단 연쇄연장제 및 (c) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 이소시아네이트 지수가 약 70 내지 약 130인 성분비로 반응사출성형기를 통해 밀폐된 주형 속으로 주입시킴을 특징으로 하는 반응사출 성형 탄성중합체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 12,000이고 n-하이드록시 그룹을 함유하는 폴리 하이드록시 화합물로 부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득한 n가 그룹이고, R2는 수소 또는 불활성 치환체이며 y는 1 또는 2이고, n은 2 내지 8의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 12,000이고 n-하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 폴리에테르로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득한 n가 그룹인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, n이 2 내지 4의 정수인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 수소인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸 -2,4- 및/또는 -2, 6- 디아미노벤젠인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 이형제를 포함하는 방법.
  7. (a) 아민 말단 연쇄연장제와 (b) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 12,000 이고 n-하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 폴리하이드록실 화합물로 부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득한 n 가 그룹이고, R2는 수소 또는 불활성 치환체이며 y는 1 또는 2이고, n은 2 내지 8의 정수이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, R1이 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 12,000이고 n-하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 폴리에테르로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득한 n가 그룹인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, n이 2 내지 4의 정수인 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 방향족 아민인 조성물.
