Claims (1)
- 초고주파를 발진하는 건다이오드 발진회로에 있어서, 유전체 기판상에 형성되는 초고주파 신호를 일방향으로 입력하여 출력함과 동시에 직류 바이어스를 유입하는 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)와, 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)의 입력선단(7)에 부착되어 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)로 부터의 바이어스애 의해 초고주파 신호를 발진하여 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)의 입력선단(7)에 입력시키는 건다이오드(2)와, 마이크로 스트립선로로된 바이어스 입력단(3)과 접속되어 높은 인덕턴스를 갖도록 형성된 제2마이크로 스트립선로(4)와, 소정의 임피던스를 갖도록 형성되어 상기 제2마이크로 스트립선로(4)에 정속된 제3마이크로 스트립선로(5)와, 높은 인덕턴스를 갖도록 선로폭이 형성된 제4마이크로 스트립선로(6)가 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)와 제3마이크로 스트립선로(5)사이에 연결되어 상기 제2마이크로 스트립선로(4)로 입력되는 소정의 바이어스만을 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)에 공급되도록 하는 직류리턴회로와, 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)의 입력선단(7)으로 부터 소정의 거리 l에 이격되어 위치되고 상기 제1마이크로 스트립선로(1)상으로 부터 소정간격 d에 위치되어 음의 유전상수를 갖어 열적안정을 꾀하는 유전체공진기(8)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건다이오드 발진회로.
