Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 두개의 비닐-종단 치환체 및 적어도 한개의 카르바밀메틸치환체를 함유하는 질소함유 헤테로시클릭 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐-종단 치환체 및 카르바밀 메틸치환체가 멜라민, 멜라민의 소중합체, 벤조구아나민, 벤조구아나민의 소중합체, 글리콜루릴, 글리콜루릴의 소중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 질소 함유 헤테로시클릭 핵(nucleus)에 부착된 질소 함유 헤테로시클릭 화합물.
  3. 하기 일반식에 의해 표현된 치환된 트리아미노트리아진 화합물 :
    상기식에서, 치환체 R은 하기와 같다 : R은 아크릴아미도, 아크릴레이트, 알릴옥시, 메타크릴레이트, 메탈릴옥시, 아크릴오일옥시, 아크릴오일알콕시, 메타크릴오일옥시알콕시, 메타크릴오일옥시, 메타크릴아미도, 또는 OR6, 또는 카르바밀이고, 여기서, R6는 수소 또는 C1-C18지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족 라디칼이고, 적어도 한개의 R치환체가 카르바밀이고, 단, 적어도 두개의 R치환체는 아크릴아미도, 아크릴레이트, 알릴옥시, 메타크릴레이트, 메탈릴옥시, 아크릴오일옥시, 아크릴오일옥시알콕시, 메타크릴오일옥시알콕시, 메타크릴오일옥시, 및 메타크릴아미도로부터 선택된다.

  5. 하기 화합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 화합물 : N2,N4,N6-트리스(아크릴아미도메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-에틸헥실카르바밀메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-에틸헥실카르바메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-아크릴오일옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4-비스(메틸카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6,N6-테트라커스(2-아크릴오일옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2N4-비스(메틸카르바밀메틸)-N2N4N6N6-테트라키스(2-메타크릴오일옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-아크릴오일옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4-비스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6,N6-테트라키스(2-아크릴오일옥시프로필옥시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-메타크릴오일옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4-비스(메틸카르바메틸)-N2,N4,N6,N6-테트라키스(2-메타크릴오일옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(아크릴아미도메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(메틸카르바밀메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(메틸카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-아크릴올옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(메틸카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-메타크릴올옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(메틸카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-아크릴올옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(2-메타크릴올옥시프로필옥시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4-비스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-테트라키스(2-메타크릴올옥시프로필옥시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4-비스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6,N6-테트라키스(2-아크릴옥시에톡시메틸)멜라민, N2,N4,N6-트리스(프로필카르바밀메틸)-N2,N4,N6-트리스(아크릴아미도메틸)멜라민, 및 이들의 혼합물.
  6. 하기 일반식에 의해 표현된 벤조구아나민 화합물 : (C6H5)C3N5-(CH2)b(H)4-b-(R1)m(R2)n(R3)b-(n+m) 상기식에서, b는 3 또는 4이고, R1은 및 또는 이들의 혼합물(여기서, Z는 CH2CH2-O- 또는 임)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 치환체이고, R4는 수소 또는 C1-C18알킬라디칼이고, R2는 일반식(여기서, R5는 C1-C18알킬, 지방족, 히드록시알킬, 알콕시 알킬 또는 방향족라디칼임)이고, R3는 -OR6(여기서, R6는 수소 또는 C1-C18지방족, 지환족, 또는 방향족 라디칼임)이고, 단 m은 적어도 2이고, n은 적어도 1이고, (m+n)의 합은 적어도 3이다.
  7. 하기 일반식에 의패 표현된 글리콜루릴형 화합물 : C4H2N4(O)2-(CH2)C(H)4-C-(R1)m(R2)n(R3)C-(m+n); 상기식에서, C는 3 또는 4이고, R1은 및 또는 이들의 혼합물 (여기서, Z는 CH2CH2-O- 또는 이고, R4는 수소 또는 C1-C18알킬라디칼임)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 치환체이고, R2는 일반식(여기서 R5는 C1-C18알킬, 지방족, 히드록시알킬, 알콕시 알킬 또는 방향족라디칼임)의 카르바밀라디칼이고, R3는 -OR6(여기서, R6는 수소 또는 C1-C18지방족, 지환족, 또는 방향족 라디칼임)이고, 단 m은 적어도 2이고, n은 적어도 1이고, (m+n)의 합은 적어도 3이다.
  8. 비닐산, 비닐 알코올 또는 비닐 아미드와 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시킨 후에, 두번째 단계에서는 첫번째 단계의 반응 생성물을 고분자량 폴리올과 반응시키는 방법에 의해 제조된, 약 3,000-약80,000의 분자량을 가지고, 적어도 두개의 비닐 말단기를 함유하는 비닐-종단 폴리우레탄/폴리아미드 중합체.
  9. 하기 (A)-(D)로 구성된 경화성 코우팅/밀봉 조성물 : (A) 약5-약70중량% 적어도 한개의 카르바밀메틸기, 및 적어도 두개의 비닐-종단 유기기를 반응기로서 갖는 적어도 한개의 질소 함유 헤테로시클릭 화합물; (B) 약 30-약 90중량%의, 약 3,000-약 80,000의 분자량을 가지는 비닐-종단 폴리우레탄/폴리아미드 중합체; (C) 약 2-약 30중량%의 중합가능한 희석제; (D) 약 0.5-약 5중량%의 자유-라디칼촉매, 여기서, 성분(A),(B),(C) 및 (D)의 합은 100중량%이하이다.
  10. 하기 (A)-(E)로 구성된 경화성 접착 조성물 : (A) 약5-약70중량% 적어도 한개의 카르바밀메틸기, 및 적어도 두개의 비닐-종단 유기기를 반응기로서 갖는 적어도 한개의 질소 화합물; (B) 약 30-약 90중량%의, 약 3,000-약 80,000의 분자량을 가지는 비닐-종단 폴리우레탄/폴리아미드 중합체; (C) 약 2-약 30중량%의 중합가능한 희석제; (D) 약 0.5-약 5중량%의 자유-라디칼촉매, (E) 약 0.5-약 10중량%의, 접착 촉진제/커플링제 여기서, 성분(A),(B),(C),(D) 및 (E)의 합은 100중량%이하이다.
