Claims (14)

  1. 유기-수성 혼합 매질내에서 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 설폰아미드를 일염화 황 및 가성 혼합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 N,N'-디티오비스(설폰아미드)의 합성방법:
    (상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 탄소원자 1 내지 20개를 갖는 알킬 라디칼, 탄소원자 5 내지 20개를 갖는 사이클로알킬 라디칼, 페닐 라디칼, 탄소원자 약 7 내지 20개를 갖는 알크아릴 라디칼 및 탄소원자 약 6 내지 약 10개를 갖는 할로아릴 라디칼로 이루어진 그릅중에서 선택되며, R1은 또한, 일반식(여기에서, R3및 R4는 각각, 상기 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 페닐, 알크아릴 및 할로아릴 라디칼 중에서 선택되며, R3및 R4가 함께 결합하여, (CH2)n(이때, n은 4내지 7의 정수이다 )및 (CH2)2O (CH2)2중에서 선택된 라디칼을 나타낼 수 있다)를 갖는 라디칼 중에서 선택된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 매질이 벤젠, 클로로벤젠, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, n-프로필벤젠, 이소부틸벤젠, 크실렌 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 매질이 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 매질 대 수성 매질의 중량비가 약 7 : 1 내지 약 1 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가성 화합물이 수산화나트륨, 수산화 칼륨 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 반응 공정 도중 및 최종 반응 혼합물에서 알카리성 pH를 유지하기에 충분한 과량으로 일염화 황이 존재하도록 하는 속도로 상기 가성 화합물을 반응기에 도입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 페닐 또는 톨릴 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, 상기 R2가 탄소원자 1개 내지 4개를 가진 알킬라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특정으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 상기 가성 화합물이 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨 또는 이의 혼합물의 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N,N'-디티오비스(설폰아미드)가 N,N'-디메틸-N,N'-디티오비스(p-톨루엔설폰아미드)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N,N'-디티오비스(설폰아미드)가 N,N'-디메틸-N,N'-디티오비스(벤젠설폰아미드)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가성 화합물 및 일염화 황을 동시에 반응기로 도입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 생성물을 냉각에 의해 침전시켜 용액으로부터 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가성 화합물을 모두 반응기에 가한 후, 상기 일염화 황을 나중에 상기 반응기에 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 생성물을 비-용매의 첨가에 의해 침전시켜 용액으로부터 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
