Claims (7)

  1. 촉매의 존재하에 대응하는 알킬 메르캅탄 RSH를 황으로 산화시킴으로써 R-SS-R유형(식중 R은 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬 라디칼을 나타냄)의 저급 디알킬 디술피드류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 고급 알킬 메르캅탄 R'-SH와 알킬렌 옥사이드 CnH2nO 및 알칼리족 염기 MOH와의 조합물로서 하기 일반식으로 상기 조합물을 표현할 수 있음을 특징으로하는 저급 디알킬 디술피드류의 제조방법.
    R'-SH·x(CnH2nO)·MOH
    (상기식에서, R'는 탄소수 6~18의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 라디칼이고, n은 2 내지 4 범위의 수이고. x는 1 내지 20 범위의 수이고, y는 0.01 내지 1 범위의 수이며, 및 M은 알칼리 금속 원자를 나타낸다.)
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R'가 C8~C16tert-알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 tert-노닐 또는 tert-도데실인 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, n이 2이고, x가 4 내지 12이고, 및 y가 0.1 내지 0.5인 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가된 황의 중량에 비하여 0.2 내지 5%의 양으로 촉매를 사용하고 메르캅탄 RSH/황의 몰비가 적어도 2이고 바람직하게는 3 내지 5인 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 25 내지 125℃, 바람직하게는 50 내지 80℃ 범위의 온도에서 그리고 1 내지 5바, 바람직하게는 3 내지 4바 범위의 유효압력 하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조작은 연속 방식이고, 반응기에서의 체류 시간이 20 내지 180분, 바람직하게는 30 내지 90분 범위인 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬 메르캅탄 RSH가 메틸 메르캅탄인 방법.
