절삭 공구의 마모량 검출방법

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 실시예에 있어서의 접촉저항과 절삭 거리의 관계를 도시하는 도면.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 실시예에 있어서의 전위차의 변화를 도시하는 흐름도.

Claims (5)

  1. 피삭재를 절삭하는 절삭 공구의 마모량을 검출하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 절삭공구와 상기 피삭재 사이의 접촉 저항을 측정하고, 상기 측정한 접촉 저항에서 상기 절삭 공구의 마모량을 검출하는 각 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구의 마모량 검출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 공구가 코티드 세멘티드 카바이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 공구가 초경합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 저항을 4단자 법으로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 피삭재를 절삭하는 절삭 공구의 마모량을 검출하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 절삭 공구와 상기 피삭재 사이에 전류를 흘리고, 상기 절삭 공구와 상기 피삭재 사이에 생기는 전위차와 전류를 구하고, 상기 절삭 공구와 상기 피삭재 사이에 흐르는 전류를 끊으므로서 상기 절삭 공구와 상기 피삭재 사이의 접촉으로 생기고 있는 열기전력을 구하며, 상기 전위차로부터 상기 열기전력을 감산한 것을 전류 값으로 제함으로서 상기 절삭 공구와 상기 피삭재와의 접촉저항을 측정하고, 상기 측정한 접촉 저항으로부터 상기 절삭 공구의 마모량을 검출하는 각 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구의 마모량 검출방법.
