제4도는 제2도에 도시된 테이프의 일부분을 사용하여 제조된 냉음극의 사시도임.

Claims (5)

  1. 테이프 내부에 있는 연속적인 직렬의 함몰들내에 비-증발성 게터금속과 혼합된 수은방출물질을 지지하며, 함몰들은 개개의 함몰들의 연속적인 짝쌍들을 형성하고, 함몰들의 각 짝쌍은 개개의 함몰들을 분리하고 있는 거리보다 큰 거리로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 금속 테이프.
  2. 테이프 내부에 있는 연속적인 직렬의 함몰들내에 84%지르코늄-16%알루미늄의 합금으로 구성되는 분말로된 비-증발성 게터 금속과 혼합된 금속간 화합물 Ti3Hg로 구성되는 분말로된 수은 방출 물질을 지지하며, 함몰들은 개개의 타원형 함몰들의 연속적인 짝쌍을 형성하고, 타원형의 함몰들의 각 짝쌍은 그 짝쌍의 개개의 함몰들을 분리하고 있는 거리보다 큰 거리로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 테이프.
  3. 테이프 내부에 있는 두 함몰들 내부에 채워진 비-증발성 게터 물질과 혼합된 수은 방출물질을 지지하는 금속 테이프로 구성되고, 테이프는 테이프의 평면에서, 함몰들 사이 중간에, 테이프 길이에 수직되게, 축 둘레에 대략 180°의 각도로 접어져 있는 것을 특징으로하는 냉음극 전극.
  4. 테이프 내부에 있는 두 함몰들 내부에 채워진 84% 지르코늄-16% 알루미늄의 합금으로 구성되는 분말로된 비-증발성 게터 물질과 혼합된 금속간 화합물 Ti3Hg로 구성되는 분말로된 수은 방출 물질을 지지하는 닉켈 도금철의 금속 테이프로 구성되고, 함몰들은 대체로 타원형이며, 테이프는 테이프의 평면에서, 함몰들사이 중간에, 테이프 길이에 수직되게, 축 둘레에 대략 180°의 각도로 접어져 있는 것을 특징으로하는 냉음극 전극.
  5. 가) 제1 및 제2의 인접된 표면을 구비한 한쌍의 평행한 지지체들을 갖이고 있는 U자형의 평면 금속 강대와; 나) 제1표면에 있는 함몰내에 Ti3Hg와; 다) 제2표면에 있는 함몰내에 비-증발성 게터 금속과 라) 지지체에 의해서 지지체들 사이에 지탱되는 전기 유도도선으로 구성되는 냉음극 전극.
