본 고안은 버스용 슬라이딩 도어에 관한 것으로서 특히, 도어 내외부 판넬의 내측에 리브형 프레임을 일체 성형하여 조립시간의 단축은 물론 중량의 감소로 조립작업성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 구조를 안출한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sliding door for the bus, in particular, by forming a rib-shaped frame in the interior of the inner and outer panels to reduce the assembly time as well as to reduce the weight to devise a structure that can improve the assembly workability.
주지하다시피, 현재 도시형 저상버스에 적용되고 있는 슬라이딩 도어는 점유공간이 적어 승객의 승하차시 편리함을 제공하는 것은 물론 간편한 조작으로 개폐가 용이하여 많이 채택되고 있으나 종래의 슬라이딩 도어는 제5a도,제5b도,제5c도에 도시된 바와 같이 내외부 판넬(51)(51')을 각각 프래스로 성형하고, 그 사이에 별도로 제작된 프레임(52)을 삽입한 후 접착제 혹은 스폿트 용접으로 조립하므로써, 조립공정이 많아 조립 시간이 과대하게 소비되고 재질 또한 금속재이기 때문에 중량이 증대됨과 동시에 생산라인에서 차체 조립상 운반하는데도 많은 어려움이 있었다.As is well known, sliding doors currently applied to urban low-floor buses have a small occupied space to provide convenience for passengers getting on and off, as well as easy opening and closing by simple operation.
