Claims (9)
- 비양성자성 극성 용매 내에서, 모노카르복실산의 팔라듐염과 일반식(R2)2P-R-P(R2)2(여기서 R2는 아릴리가 결합된 인원자에 대해 오르토위치에, 적어도 한개의 알콕시 치환체를 함유한 아릴기를 나타내고 R은 연결내에, 적어도 두개의 탄소원자를 함유한 2가 유기연결기임)의 비스포핀을 배합시키고, 이렇게 얻어진 혼합물에 2 이하의 pKa를 갖는 할로겐 모노카르복실산을 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비양성자성 극성용매가 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 테트라히드로푸란, 감마-부티로락톤, N-메틸피롤리돈 및 술폴란으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 모노카르복실산의 팔라듐염이 팔라듐 아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기 R2가, 페닐기가 결합된 인원자에 대해 오로토 위치에, 적어도 한개의 메톡시 치환체를 함유한 페닐기이고 연결기 R이 연결내에 그중 적어도 두개의 탄소원자인 세개의 원자를 함유한 비스포스핀을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팔라듐 몰당 1.0-1.5몰량의 비스포스핀을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2 이하의 pKa를 갖는, 사용된 할로겐 모노카르복실산이 트리플루오로아세트산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팔라듐 몰당, 촉매용액내에 7.5-30몰의 그들의 음이온이 존재할 정도로 할로겐 모노카르복실산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 중합체가 불용성이거나 실질적으로 불용성인 희석제가 존재하는 가운데 고온 및 고압에서, 단량체를 제1항에서 청구된대로 제조된 촉매용액과 접촉시킴으로써, 하나이상의 올레핀형 불포화 화합물과 일산화탄소의 중합체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체인 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 40-120℃의 온도, 20-150 바아의 압력 및 중합될 혼합물내 10:1-1:5의, 올레핀형 불포화 화합물(들)대 일산화탄소의 몰비에서 중합될 올레핀형 불포화 화합물 몰당 10-7-10-3몰의 팔라듐을 함유하는 촉매 용액을 사용하여 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
