제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ대역의 변환체를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 수소 및 일산화탄소를 함유한 탄화수소 개질 가스와 같은 합성가스가 탄화수소 개질단위(1)에서 산출되는 타입의 예정된 H2/CO비를 지닌 수소 및 일산화탄소의 동시 생성방법에 있어서, 합성가스는 초과의 H2/CO비로서 산출되고, 상기 비는 투과기(4)에서의 투과에 의해 과량의 수소를 배출함으로써 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 및 일산화탄소의 동시 생성방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합성 가스는 장치(2) 및 (3)에서 탈탄화 및 탈수 후 저온 분리 단위(5)에서 나머지 성분의 저온 분리가 실시되며, 투과는 저온 분리의 상부에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합성가스의 일부가 투과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 수소 및 일산화탄소를 함유한 탄화수소 개질 가스와 같은 합성 가스 생성단위(1)을 포함하는, 예정된 H2/CO비를 지닌 수소 및 일산화탄소의 동시적 생성 장치에 있어서, 상기 단위(1)의 하부에 과량의 수소를 제거하기 위한 투과기(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단위(1)의 하부에 합성가스의 탈탄화 또는 탈수를 위한 수단(2,3) 및 탈탄화 및 탈수 수단으로 부터 배출되는 가스를 냉각시키기기 위한 열교환기(6)을 포함하는 저온분리 단위(5)를 포함하며, 상기 투과기(4)는 열 교환기(6)의 상부에 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 투과기(4)는 흐름조절성의 바이-패스(21)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
