Claims (6)

  1. 고정몰드지지판(1)에 대해 이동될 수 있는 두 개의 몰드지지판들(2, 3)을 갖춘 다층몰드가 있는 분사몰딩기로부터 분사몰드부들을 제거하는 장치에 있어서, 두 개의 고정역전휘일들 둘레를 통과하고, 분사몰딩기에 의해 이동될 수 있는 몰드지지판(2) 장착된 구동휘일(10)에 의해 맞물리는 제 1체인구동장치 또는 치형벨트 구동장치(5 내지 7)와 승단기어들(10, 23 및 7, 23)에 의해 제 1체인구동장치 또는 치형벨트 구동장치(5 내지 7)로 구동될 수 있고, 제거공구들(11, 12)을 갖추며, 하나(20)는 고정몰드지지판(1)에 연결되고 다른것(19)은 이동가능한 몰드지지판들(2)중 하나에 연결된 제 2 및 제 3 제인구동장치 또는 치형벨트 구동장치(19, 20)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 승단기어들은 제2 및 제3체인구동장치들 또는 치형벨트 구동장치들(19, 20)각 역전 휘일(23, 24)을 구동휘일(10)의 축상에, 또는 고정몰드지지판(1)과 협력하는 제 1체인구동장치 도는 치형벨트구동장치(5-7)의 역전휘일(7)의 축(22)상 배치함으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제거공구(11, 12)의 정확한 배치를 위하여, 고정장치(27)는 이 공구들중 한 개이상에 제공되며, 고정요소(28)는 제 1 체인구동장치 또는 치형벨트구동장치(5-7)내에 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제 1체인구동장치 또는 치형벨트구동장치(5-7)의 고정요소(28)임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제3 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 고정요소는 유압 또는 공기 작동실린더(28)임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1 또는 2 또는 3 또는 4 또는 5항에 있어서, 제거공구들(11, 12)은 제 2 및 제3 체인구동장치 또는 치형벨트구동장치(19, 20)에 분리가능하게 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
