Claims (9)
- 적어도 한번쓰기용 비정질 박막으로된 광기록합금층을 포함하며, 상기 합금은 (a) 레이저로 기록된 합금의 결정상 표시가 염화나트륨 또는 왜곡된 염화 나트륨형 결정을 가지도록 량과 비율로 조성된 안티몬, 주석과 (b)인듐, 알루미늄, 아연 또는 게르마늄이 아닌 다른 원소를 포함하는 기록 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다른 원소는 카드뮴, 칼륨, 니켈, 철, 망간, 구리, 산소, 니오브, 텔루트 및 실리콘으로 조성된 구룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 합금에 대한 비정질에서 결정질로의 전이온도가 상승되기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 기록 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다른 원소는 비정질에서 결정질로의 전이온도를 약 3℃까지 상승시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 기록 재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다른 원소는 3과 35원자 퍼센트사이의 양으로 존재하는 기록 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다른 원소는 크롬, 버스무트, 니오브 및 텅스텐으로 조성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며 상기 재료가 광 기록용으로 사용되는 경우 반송파대 잡음비를 개선하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 기록재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 SbxSnyEz의 조성식으로 표시되며, 상기 공식의 E는 제3의 원소로서 카드늄, 갈륨, 티타늄, 실리콘, 망간, 텔루르, 니오브, 철, 구리, 텅스텐, 몰리브텐, 유황, 니켈, 산소, 셀레늄, 탈륨, 비소, 인 금, 팔라듐, 백금, 하프늄 및 바나듐으로 조성된 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 상기 xㆍy 및 z는 그 합금에 있어서, 그 원소의 원자 퍼센트를 나타내며 x 대 y의 비는 약 1과 9간의 값을 취하고 z는 0.6과 35원자 퍼센트간의 값을 취하는 기록 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금으 Sb66Sn28Ga6, Sb58Sn32Ga10, Sb64Sn30Cd6, Sb52Sn39Cd9, Sb50Sn34Cd16, Sb68Sn8Te24, Sb61Sn26Cr13, Sb67Sn29Bi4, Sb3Sn27Mb10, Sb62Sn27Ti11, Sb62Sn27Si11, (Sb86Sn14)xoy, (Sb77Sn23)xoy, Sb59Sn32Ni9, Sb70Sn26Fe4, Sb66Sn25Mn9, 및 Sb61Sn28Cu11 로 부터 선택된 합금인 기록 재료.
- 비정질 박막을 지닌 광기록 합금층은 상기층의 결정질 부위형태로 거기에 기록된 정보를 지니며, 그 결정질 부위 모두는 동일한 결정질 상태로 되고, 상기 합금은 (a) 상기 결정질 부위가 염화 나트륨형 결정을 가지는 양과 비율로 조성된 안티몬, 주석과 (b)인듐, 알루미늄, 아연 또는 게르마늄이 아닌 다른 원소를 포함하는 기록 재료.
- 정보를 기록하는 방법은 a)적어도 한번쓰기의 비정질 박막으로된 광기록 합금층을 포함하는 기록 재료가 제공되며, 상기 합금은 (1)레이저로 기록된 상기합금군의 결정상 표시가 염화 나트륨형 결정을 가지도록 양과 비율로 조성된 안티몬 주석과 (2)인듐, 알루미늄, 아연 또는 게르마늄이 아닌 다른 원소를 포함시키는 단계.상기 기록층에 결정질과 비결정질 부위의 패턴을 이루도록 레이저 광선으로 변조시킨 정보를 집중시키되, 상기 결정질 부위 모두는 비정질 부위와 상이한 반사율을 지닌 동일한 결정질 상태로되는 단계를 포함하는 정보기록 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
