액정 디스플레이 셀의 가동방법 및 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 가동장치를 갖는 DHF 셀을 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다,
제2도는 하나의 가능한 다중 회로장치의 회로 다이아그램을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 보유 전압이 다수이 진폭 및 100μS 미만인 지속 시간의 전압 펄스에 의해 셀을 가동시키며, 이때 전압과 펄스 지속 시간의 곱은 나선형 구조가 되 풀리는데 필요한 값보다 작음을 특징으로 하여, DHF(변형된 나선형 강유전성)액정 셀을 가동시키는 방법.
  2. 작동시 셀을 비-선형 성분과 일렬로 연결시킴을 특지으로 하여, DHF액정 셀을 가동시키기 위한 회로장치.
