Claims (7)
- 고정 지지부 또는 캘리퍼내에 상응한 보어와 상호 작동하고 캘리퍼나 고정지지부와 일체로 축방향컬럼에 의해 고정지지부상에 회전 디스크의 축에 대하여 미끄럼 가능하게 설치된 캘리퍼와, 브레이크모터가 작동하게 될때 디스크의 대향측과 마찰맞물림하게 되도록 고정지지부내의 트인구멍내에서 축방향으로 미끄럼이동 가능하고 고정된 캐리어판상에 설치된 2개의 마찰부재와, 그것이 정상작동 위치일때 상기 컬럼에 대하여 피봇회전을 방지하고 고정지지부재내에 캘리퍼를 안내하도록 하기 위하여 고정지지부내에 형성된 최소한 한개의 트인구멍을 포함하며, 상기 스프링은 고정 작업부로 탄성적으로 결합된 설치부를 포함한 접혀진 금속 블레이드로 이루어졌으며 그것은 축방향 컬럼으로부터 거리를 두고 원주방향으로 위치된 측면상에 캘리퍼가 설치되고 설치부는 체결요소를 통과 하도록 캘리퍼내에 제공된 최소한개의 트인 구멍의 내측에 탄성적으로 설치되고 트인구멍을 통하여 체결요소부분을 실질적으로 둘러싸며 상기 고정 작업부는 디스크의 축을 향하여 거의 방사상으로 마찰부재 캐리어판을 탄성적으로 편향할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 설치부는 단면이 일반적인 "U"자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 설치부의 측면부분은 각각 상기 설치부의 외부로 연장한 2개의 러그를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
- 고정지지부나 캘리퍼내에 상술한 보어와 상호 작동하고 캘리퍼나 고정된 지지부와 일체로 축방향 컬럼에 의해 고정지지부상에 회전 디스크의 축에 대하여 미끄럼이동 가능하게 설치된 켈리퍼와, 크레이크 모터가 작동하게될 때 디스크에 대향축과 마찰맞물림하게 되도록 고정지지부내의 트인구멍내에서 축방향으로 미끄럼이동가능하고 고정된 캐리어판상에 설치된 2개의 마찰부재와, 그것이 정상 작동 위치일때 상기 컬럼에 대하여 피봇회전을 방지하고 고정지지부상에 캘리퍼를 안내하도록 하기 위하여 고정지지부내에 형성된 최소한 한개의 트인구멍을 포함하며, 접혀진 금속 블레이드로 구성된 스프링은 축방향 컬럼으로부터 거리를 두고 원주방향으로 위치된 측면상에 캘리퍼가 설치되고 고정작업부에 탄성적으로 결합된 설치부를 포함하고 상기 설치부는 체결요소를 통과하도록 캘리퍼내에 제공된 최소 한개의 트인구멍의 내측에 탄성적으로 설치도며 트인구멍을 통하여 체결요소부분을 실질적으로 둘러싸며 상기 고정 작업부는 디스크의 축을 향하여 거의 방사상으로 마찰부재 캐리어판을 탄성적으로 편향할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스프링의 설치부는 단면이 일반적인 "U" 자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 스프링의 설치부의 측면부분은 각각 설치부의 외부로 연장한 2개의 러그를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 캘리퍼내에 형성된 트인구멍을 통과하는 체결요소의 부분은 스프링의 설치부에 의해 둘러싸여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
