제 1 도 : 본 발명의 일실시예와 부합되는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체의 평면도. 제 2 도 : 제 1 도의 라인 Ⅱ-Ⅱ를 따르는 횡단면도. 제 3 도 : 제 1 도의 Ⅲ방향에서 본 측면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 차량에 확고하게 유지되는 지지브래키트(10) ; 마찰라이닝재의 일체브레이크 패드(72,74)를 구비하고 브레이크 패드가 로터리 디스크 브레이크와 마찰 맞물림되도록 지지브래키트에 대하여 선택적인 운동을 부여하기 위하여 지지브래키트 내에서 활주가능하게 장치되고 브래키트에 의해서 유지되는 제1 및 제2 브레이크슈우(14.16) ; 및 브레이크슈우 상에서 단지 지지되고 그리고 로터리 디스크 브레이크의 외주변을 가로질러 확장하는 브리지부(18), 브리지부로부터 확장하고 이에 확고하게 부착되는 제 1 브레이크슈우를 구비한 제 1 렉부(20) 및 브리지부로부터 확장되고 활주가능하게 장치되는 선택자동 피스톤(26)를 내장하고 있는 제 2 렉부(22)를 구비하고, 제 2브레이크슈우가 피스톤에 확고하게 부착되고, 피스톤의 선택작동에 의해 브레이크슈우의 선택적인 운동을 발생시키도록 이루어진 캘리퍼하우징(12)을 포함하는 차랑의 로터리 디스크 브레이크를 제동하기 위한 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체에 있어서, 상기 지지브래키트(10)가 상응개구(52-58)로부터 각각, 일정한 간격을 가자는 슐더(44-55)를 구비하고, 상기 각각의 개구가 상기 상응 슐더의 외부에 위치되고 개루로부터 확장하고 내부에 장치되는 제거가능한 핀(60,62)을 구비하고, 슐더, 개구 및 핀은 켈리퍼하우징(12)의 브리지부(18)에 근본적으로 평형한 길이방향 "D"로 확장되고 ; 또한, 지지브래키트(10)가 상기 슐더에 인접한 접촉부(64-70)를 한정하고 ; 그리고 각각의 브레이크슈우(14,16)가 켈리퍼하우징(12)의 브리지부(18)에 근본적으로 수직한 길이방향 "X"로 각단부로 부터 확장되는 렉부(76-82)를 구비하여 각각의 렉부가 지지브래키트 상에서 상응슐더, 핀과 접촉부 사이에서 유지되어 브레이크슈우플 지지브래키트 내에서 고정 유지되도록 하지만, 브레이슈우를 슐더의 길이방향에 평행한 방향으로 브레이크슈우의 활주운동을 허용하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 브레이크슈우(14)가 제 1 리테이너 스프링(24)에 의해서 제 1 렉부(20)에 확고하게 부착되고 그리고 2 브레이크슈우(16)가 제 2 리테이너 스프링(38)에 의해서 피스톤(26)에 확고하게 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 지지브레커트(12)가 4개의 슐더(44-50) 및 4개의 개구(52-58)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 슐더(44-50)가, 각쌍이 공통면상에 놓이도록 두쌍의 슐더를 한정하고 그리고 각 슐더의 상응개구(52-58)가 일렬 배열되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 일렬 배열된 개구(52-58)의 각쌍이 내부에 장치되는 제거가능한 핀을 한정하는 제거 가능한 일반적인 핀(60-62)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  6. 제 1 항에서 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 접면(64-70)이 인접슐더(44-50)의 평면에 근본적으로 수직한 평면상으로 외부로 확장되는 면에 의해서 한정됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  7. 제 1 항 중에서 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 켈리퍼하우징과 브레이크슈우의 래틀링현상을 근본적으로 방지하기 위한 앤티-래틀스프링(84,100)을 추가포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 앤티-래틀스프링이 근본적으로 H-형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크 켈리퍼 조립체.
