Claims (7)
- 적어도 비스무트-큐프레이트 화합물과, 기판된 부착된 유기용제내의 칼슘, 스트론튬, 비스무트 및 구리의 카복실산 화합물 형태의 금속조직학적 화합물의 동질 용액의 포함하며 후에 금속 조직학적 화합물을 열분해하고, 층을 그후에 700 내지 950℃의 온도에서 연소하는 기판상에 초전도 산화층을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 10 재지 40%의 비스무트량이 납으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 20%의 비스무트량이 납으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비등점이 160 내지 190℃인 탄화수소를 유기용제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속조직학적 화합물을 300 내지 600℃ 의 온도에서 열분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 부착공정, 분해공정 및 연소공정을 소정 두께의 층이 얻어질때 까지 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 기판에 부착되고 그후 열적으로 분해된 금속 조직학적 화합물을 1시간 내지 60시간 동안 연소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판에 부착되고 그후 열적으로 분해된 금속 조직학적 화합물을 850 내지 878℃ 의 온도에서 연소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
