원목문 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 원목문의 구성을 보인 일부 분해 사시도.
제 2 도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 원목문의 단위 목재가 상호 결합된 상태의 단면도.
제 3 도는 본 발명에 의한 단위목재가 접합되기 이전의 상태에서 각 접합면에 형성된 경사절결부를 보인 일부 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 일정두께와 길이를 가지는 여러쪽의 단위목재(10)를 연속접합하여 구성되는 원목문(1)에 있어서, 상기 각 단위목재(10)의 접합면에 그 목재(10)의 길이 방향에 대하여 직교되는 수개의 파이프 삽입공(11)이 형성되어, 그 각 파이프 삽입공(11)에는 일정길이를 가지는 금속제 파이프(20)가 각기 삽입 고정되고, 조판된 원목문(1)의 내ㆍ외면에는 각 단위목재(10)의 기본조직을 부분적으로 절단하는 무늬홈(13)이 소정위치에 배열 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 원목문.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 수개의 금속제 파이프(20)는 조판된 원목문(1)의 상ㆍ하측 및 중간부에 각기 배열 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 원목문.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원목문(1)의 내ㆍ외면에 형성되는 무늬홈(13)은 금속제 파이프(20)가 설치되지 않는 부위에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 원목문.
  4. 연속 접합되는 각 단위목재(10)의 접합면에 일정구경을 가지는 수개의 파이프 삽입공(11)과 경사절결부(12)를 각기 대향되게 형성하여, 상기 각 파이프 삽입공(11)과 경사절결부(12)에 접착수지(30)를 도포한 상태에서 상호 연통되는 각 삽입공(11)을 통해 수개의 금속제 파이프(20)를 끼워넣는 방법으로 각 단위목재(10)와 파이프(20)를 일차연결 조립한 다음, 선 조립된 다수의 원목문 조립체를 고압프레스기(P)로 가압하여 다수의 원목문을 일시에 조판하고, 조판된 각 원목문(1)의 내ㆍ외측 표면에 소정형상의 무늬홈(13)을 일정깊이로 가공하여 제작되는 원목문의 제작방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 원목문(1)의 조판을 위한 고압 프레스기(P)의 가압 조건은 100kg/㎠ 정도의 압력으로 2시간 동안 가압함을 특징으로 하는 원목문의 제작방법.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 각 단위목재(10)의 접합면(12)에 대향되게 형성된 경사절결부(12)는 프레스기(P)에 의한 가압단계에서 직선형 단면을 갖도록 입착변형되어 접합됨을 특징으로 하는 원목문의 제작방법.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서, 각 금속제 파이프(20)가 주철제로 되고 그 파이프(20)의 표면이 그 표면에 도포된 수성접착수지(30)에 의하여 부식되어 그 주변 단위목재(10)의 조직과 밀착결합됨을 특징으로 하는 원목문의 제작방법.
