본 고안은 파이프상으로 형성되는 조립식 덕트에 관한 것으로, 특히 보일러등의 연소장치에 연소가스 배기용으로 사용하거나 공장, 건물등의 환기덕트로 사용될 수 있게한 조립식 덕트에 관한 것이다.
종래의 연소장치 배기덕트를 보면 내화벽돌을 쌓아서 설치하거나 스틸판을 절곡형성한 것들이 있으나, 이들중 전자의 것은 내열성은 양호하나 벽돌을 하나하나 쌓아올려야 하기 때문에 공시기간이 길고 값비싼 내화벽돌을 사용하여야 하므로 공사비가 많이 소요되고 겨울철에는 벽돌에 스며든 습기가 결빙되면서 벽돌에 크랙이 발생되고 10년 이내에 보수공사를 하여야 하는 등의 폐단이 있었고, 후자의 것은 중량이 무거워 설치공사가 어렵고 외벽에는 단열성 내화물을 설치하여야 하는 등의 결점이 있었다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 덕트를 유니트화하여 그 상하단에 연결수단을 형성하고 내관과 외관의 이중관으로 형성하며 외관의 외주면에는 내화단열층을 형성하여 조립을 간편하게 함과 동시에 배기를 원활하게 하고 단열층에 의해 내부의 열이 외부로 전달되지 않도록 한 조립식 덕트를 제공함에 있다.
이하, 본 고안의 한 바람직한 실시예를 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다.
즉, 덕트(1)의 유니트를 구성함에 있어서, 상,하단에 외향플랜지(2a)(2a)를 형성한 내관(2)의 상하단 외주면에형 스페이서(3)(3)를 방사상으로 부착시키고, 상기 상하 스페이서(3)(3)를 이용하여 내관(2)과 일정간격(4)이 유지되게 외관(5)을 결합시키되 외관(5)의 상하단에 외향플랜지(5a)(5a)를 형성하며, 상하의 주면에 요입홈(6)(6)이 환설된 관형 커버(7)를 상기 외관(5)의 외향플랜지(5a)(5a)의 사이에 착설시킨 다음 상기 외관(5)과 관형커버(7)사이의 공간부에 내화단열층(8)을 충전시켜서 구성된 것으로, 미설명 부호 9는 V형 체결밴드이고, 10은형 밴드이며, 11은 실링재이다.
여기서 상기의 밴드(10)는 필요에 따라 이중으로 하여 그 사이에 단열층을 형성할 수도 있고, 밴드(10)의 체결후 그 상하부에 실란트로 밀봉하는 것이 좋다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 상,하내관(2)의 상하단에 형성된 외향플랜지(2a)(2a)를 V형 밴드(9)로 결속시켜 줌으로써 상하 조립이 신속하게 이루어지며 커버(7)의 상하단 외주연에 형성된 요입홈(6)(6)을 이용하여 상,하커버(7)를형 밴드(10)로 결속하여 상하 덕트의 체결상태를 보강시켜 주는 것으로, 보일러등의 연소장치에 사용될 경우 내관(2)으로는 연소가스가 배기되고 내관(2)과 외관(5)사이의 간격(4)로는 실내공기가 자연대류 현상에 의해 배기되어 실내환기를 원활하게 하며 외관(5)의 외주면과 커버(7)사이에 충전된 내화단열층(8)에 의해 덕트내부의 온도가 외부 표면으로 전달됨을 방지한다.
이와같은 본 고안은 제작이 용이하고 운송 및 취급이 용이하며 조립이 신속히 이루어지고 내부의 고열이 외부로 전달되지 않아 안전도를 높여주는 것등의 특징을 지닌 것이다.

  1. 유니트화한 덕트(1)를 구성함에 있어서, 상,하단의 외향 플랜지(2a)(2a)를 형성한 내관(2)의 상하 외주면에 스페이서(3)(3)를 부착하여 이에 상,하플랜지(5a)(5a)가 있는 외관(5)을 결합시키고 외관(5)의 상하플랜지(5a)(5a)에는 외주면 상부하에 요입홈(6)(6)이 환설된 관형커버(7)를 착설시킨 다음 상기 외관(5)과 관형커버(7)로 이루어진 공간부에 내화단열층(8)을 충전시켜서된 조립식 덕트.
