Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 측면(14)이 하부면(12)에 인접하는 설치면과 하우징(11)내에 설치된 핀(28)에 의존하여 적용된 하부면(12)을 규정하는 하우징을 가지는 전기 커넥터(10)에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 채널(20)이 하우징(11)에서 형성되며, 상기 채널(20)은 상부(12) 및 측면(14)에서 개방되며 측면(14)을 거쳐 통과하는 로딩축(22)을 형성하며, 상기 채놀(20)이 하우징(11)내의 제일 큰 단면폭과 하부면(12)에 인접한 제 2작은 단면폭을 형성하며 솔더 소자(24)가, 채널(20)내에 배치되고 하부면(12)을 향해 채널(20)로부터의 이동에 대하여 채널(20)내에서 확고히 유지되도록 제1폭보다 작은 제3폭과 제2폭보다 큰 것을 가지며, 상기 핀이 솔더 소자(24)가 채널(20)로부터 로딩축을 따라서 이동하는 것을 방지하기 위해 솔더 소자(24)를 거쳐 통과하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더 함유 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 채널(20)은 횡단면이 T형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커텍터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(11)과 핀(28)은 헤더를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 측면(14)은 두평행 측면(14)을 포함하며, 채널(20)이 양 측면에서 개방되고, 솔더 소자(24)가 단지 양 측면(14)에서 노출된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 채널(20)은 단지 제1측면(14)과 하부면(12)에서 개방되며, 솔더 소자(24)는 단지 제1측면(14)과 하부면(12)에서 노출된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀(28)은 관통 구멍안에서 삽입을 위한 형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀(28)은 설치 표면을 위한 형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀(28)은 재유동 요소(24)에서 형서된 개구구멍(26)을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(11)은 하부면(12)과 적어도 한측면(14)을 형성하며, 핀(28)은 하부면에 인접하여 위치된 인쇄회로기판 접속단부(30)을 형성하며, 채널(20)과 로딩축(22)은 측면(14)을 거쳐 통과하며, 채널(20)은 하부면(12)에서 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(11)은 채널(20)의 한 모서리를 형성하는 하부면(12)에서 적어도 하나의 플랜지(18)를 형성하며, 상기 플랜지(18)는 핀(28)을 따른 이동에 대하여 채널(20)내에서 재유동 요소(24)를 확고히 유지하는 형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
