Claims (2)

  1. 2회 꼬임식의 도체 연선기(1)와, 소선이 되는 도체의 공급장치(2)와의 사이에, 집합압축 다이(4)와 당김 캡스턴(7)을 설치하고, 이 캡스턴(7)의 외주면상의 원주방향에는 집합압축도체(8)의 형상을 보유하고, 또 접촉 이동을 시키는 원주홈(9)을 친설한 것을 특징으로 하는 2회 꼬임식 압축도체 제조장치.
  2. 도체 공급장치(2)로부터의 복수의 소선(12)을 공급하고, 그 복수의 소선(12)을 분할 배치하는 목판(3)을 통과하고, 이것을 집합 압축다이에서 집합하면서, 압축하여 집합 압축도체(8)을 형성하고, 그 집합압축도체(8)는 도체 연선기(1)로부터 발생하여 꼬임을 보유하도록 캡스턴의 원주홈(9)에 접촉하면서, 당김 캡스턴(7)의 회전에 따라, 상기 도체 연산기에 진행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축도체의 제조방법.
