Claims (7)
- 금속 산화물로 도포된 얇은 판상 지지층을 기초로 하는 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료에 있어서, 금속 산화물 도막의 적어도 일부가 일반식 MXTOn(여기서 M은 Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ 또는 Ⅳ주족 또는 아족의 전기양성 금속 원소이고, x는 0.01 내지 1이고, n은 2 내지 6이다)의 옥시드 브론즈로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 옥시드 브론즈가 출발물질을 기준으로 0.1 내지 200%의 비율로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, M이 리튬, 나트륨, 칼슘, 구리, 은, 칼륨, 스트론튬, 바륨, 아연, 카드뮴, 알루미늄, 인듐, 란탄늄 그리고 희토류 금속 그리고 또한 NH+ 4로 구성되는 그룹에 속하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, x의 치가 Ⅰ주족과 아족의 원소에 대하여는 0.1 내지 1이고, Ⅱ주족과 아족의 원소에 대하여는 0.05 내지 0.5이고, Ⅲ주족과 아족의 원소에 대하여는 0.01 내지 0.3이고, 그리고 Ⅳ주족과 아족의 원소에 대하여는 0.01 내지 0.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, T가 티탄, 바나듐, 니오븀, 볼리브덴, 텡스텐, 망간, 철, 코발트 그리고 니켈트리아드스의 하나 또는 그 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료.
- 얇은 판상 착색 광택 안료의 제조방법에 있어서, 얇은 판상 지지체가 일반식 MxTOn(여기서 M이 Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ 또는 Ⅳ주족 또는 아족의 전기양성 금속원소이고, T가 전이원소이고, x가 0.01 내지 1이고, n이 2 내지 6이다)의 옥시드 브론즈로 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 얇은 판상 지지체의 현탁액내에서 전이금속 산화물 TOn, 그리고 전기양성 금속 M의 산화물, 수산화물 또는 염을 얇은 판상 지지체위에 동시에 또는 순차적으로 부착시키고, 그리고 이와 같이 도포된 지지체를 분리하고 세척하고, 필요에 따라, 건조하고, 그리고 이어서 약 300내지 1200℃의 환원가스기류에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
