Claims (5)
- 미표백 건조 호리병박을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 식품 첨가물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 5×103셀/g 이하의 표준 플레이트 카운트를 갖는 미표백 건조 호리병박은 대장균군 및 살모넬라종에 대한 시험결고가 음성이고, 수분함량이 8%이하인 식품 첨가물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 호리병박의 외피를 박리하고, 전체 과육(솜털부 포함)을 약 5mm두께의 원반형으로 얇게 베고, 이 슬라이스를 1일간 태양에 노광시켜서 수분함량을 약 25%이하로 감소시키고, 이것들을 0.2Kg/cm2의 압력에서 20분 동안 증기에 노출시키므로써 살균한후, 60℃에서 열풍건조시켜 수분 함량을 약 3%로 감소시키므로써 미표백 건조 호리병박을 제조하는 식품 첨가물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분말상 또는 조분말상으로 존재하는 식품 첨가물.
