Claims (1)

  1. 메밀가루 30-40중량%, 밀가루 60-70%중량%를 혼합하여 소금물로 혼합한 후, 120℃의 고온을 유지하는 압출성형기로 성형한 면을 15℃-20℃의 냉각수에 5-10초 동안에 걸쳐 통과시킨 뒤 송풍기로 수분을 제거시켜 메밀우동을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메밀우동의 제조방법.
