Claims (1)

  1. 식용 호박을 수세 탈피하고, 씨와 씨주변의 섬유물질을 제거한 다음 세절하거나 또는 통체로 압축분쇄하며 다시 이것을 탈수기로 탈수시켜 수분 함유율 13%이하가 되도록 건조한 후 재분쇄하여 제분하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호박분말의 제조방법.
