Claims (9)

  1. 평면(96)에 장착하기 위하여 열가소성 인서어트와 구멍(42)을 구비한 전기적으로 전도성 다이 캐스트 하우징(2)을 포함하는 콘넥터 어셈블리에 있어서, 구멍(42)을 구비한 각부(14), 상기 각부(14)는 다이 캐스트 하우징 구멍(42)에 수납되도록 되어 있고, 상기 열가소성 수지 인서어트(16)는 각부(14) 구멍에 수납되어 고정되며 그 속에 고정된 단자(82)와 함께 단자 수납 통로(78)를 구비하고, 따라서 각부(14)는 전기적으로 동질인 다이캐스트 하우징(12)과 같이 단자(82)에 시일딩을 제공하여 평면(96)에서 접지로 전기적 통로를 제공하게 되는 각부(14)를 특징으로 하는 콘넥터 어셈블리(10).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각부(14)가 끼워 맞춤으로 다이 캐스트 하우징 구멍(42)에 수납되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리(10).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단자(82)가 직선으로 배치된 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단자(82)가 그 속에서 직각 벤드(bend)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 각부(14)가 플랜지(46)와 상기 구멍을 가지고 직립한 외장(44)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리(12).
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 각부(14)와 다이 캐스트 하우징(12) 사이의 전기적 연속이 상기 다이 캐스트 하우징(12) 속으로 뻗어 있고, 다이 캐스트 하우징 구멍(42)으로 뻗어 있어서 상기 각부(14)와 맞물리는 상기 다이 캐스트 하우징(12) 위의 내향 바브 수단(60,62)에 의해서 되는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리(10).
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인서어트(16)는 상기 다이 캐스트 하우징(42) 구멍 위에서 상기 다이 캐스트 하우징(12)의 한 부분을 형성함으로써 상기 각부 구멍(42)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 각부(14)와 다이 캐스트 하우징(12) 사이의 전기적 연속이 다이 캐스트 하우징(12)과 맞물리는 상기 각부(14) 위의 외향 바브 수단(120)에 의하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 인서어트(16)와 맞물리고 각부(14)에서 인서어트(16)를 고정하기 위한 각부 위의 바브 수단(112)을 포함하여 구성되는 전기 콘넥터 어셈블리.
