간장암 질환의 진단법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도에 나타낸 것으로 명백한바와 같이 상기의모노크로널 항체는 어는 것이나 소의 치수 콜라게나아제 인히비터와 교차하는 것을 알았다.
제2도에 나타낸 바와같이, 첨가한 소의 치수 콜라게나아제 인히비터량과 A450사이에 직선관계가 성립하고, 정량감도는 시험관당 약 1pg(32 a mol)이었다.
제3도는 웨스턴 블로팅 뒤에 니트로 셀룰로우즈막을 1 ;크론7-3F1, 2 ;크론7-6C1, 3 :7-19F6, 4 : 크론7-21B12 및 5 : 크론 7-23G9의 각모노크로널 항체로부터 조제한 Fab'-POD 복합체로 면역염색을 행할 결과를 나타 낸 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 콜라게나아제 인히비터의 다른 항원 결정기에 대하여, 특이적으로 결합하는 2종류의 모노크로널 항체의 조합을 이용한 샌드위치법에 의하여, 효소 면역학적으로 혈청중, 혈장중 혹은 관절책중에 존재하는 콜라게나아제인히 비터를 정량하고, 그 정량치를 건강한 사람의값과 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간장암 질환의진단법.
