제1도는 하나의 베벨기어의 범위에 있는 변속장치 케이싱의 종단면도 그리고, 제2도는 축방향의 위치고 정부로서의 역할을 하는 탄성정지링의 범위에 있는 제1도로부터의 절취부Ⅱ의 확대도임.
Claims (4)
- 하나의 원추형 소치차(2)를 수취하고 있는 적어도 하나의 원추형 소치차축(5)이 변속장치 케이싱(1)내에 적어도 하나의 롤러 베어링(6)에 의하여 반경방향으로 축방향으로 안내되어 있으며, 이 롤러베어링의 외부링(10)은 축방향으로 한편으로는 원추형소치차(2)의 방향으로 변속장치 케이싱(1)의 스톱퍼(11)에 접촉하며, 반면에 다른 한편으로는 축방향의 고정구가 외부링(10)과 변속장치 케이싱(1)사이에서 파지되고 있는, 그러한 변속장치 케이싱(1)내에서의 베벨기어(4)의 배열방법에 있어서, 축방향의 고정부로서 변속장치케이싱(1)의 환형홈(13)에 배열되어 있으며 외부링(10)에 접촉하고 있는 탄성정지링(12)이 사용되며 이 탄성정지링의 일면(16)은 적어도 부분적으로 원추형의 형성으로 인하여 상응하는 접촉면(17)과 공동으로 하나의 경사진 평면을 형성하며 여기서 탄성정지링(12)는 환형홈(13)내에로 반경 방향의 유격(18)을 가지로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원추형의 측면(16)은 외부링(10)에 먼쪽에 있으며, 그리고 환형홈의 접촉면(16)과 상호작용하며 한편 반대편에 놓여있는 측면(14)과 환형홈의 상응하는 구간사이에는 축방향의 유격이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원추형의 측면은 외부링(10)에 가까운 쪽에 있으며, 외부링(10)의 접촉면과 상호작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 외부링(10)과 탄성정지링(12)사이에는 원추형접촉면을 형성하고 있는 중간링이 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배열방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
