Claims (8)

  1. 기어박스의 입력 샤프트 둘레의 축방향으로 물리는 튜브형 슬리이브, 튜브형 슬리이브보다 직경이 큰 시일링 링용 리셉터클을 형성하여, 레이디얼 베어링 면에 의해 튜브형 슬리이브에 이은데 없이 연결되는 튜브형 단부 베어링면 및, 기어박스 하우징의 외부 벽면에 가이드 튜브를 패스닝하며, 시일링 링을 수납하기 위하여 튜브형 베어링면에 대해 외부적인 동축방향으로 튜브형 베어링면을 이은데 없이 전개시킨 레이디얼 베어링면으로 구성된 플레이트로 이은데 없이 이루어진 자동차 기어박스의 클러치 릴리스베어링용 가이드 튜브에 있어서, 패스닝 브래킷을 형성하는 레이디얼 베어링면(11)이 시일링 링(7)용 리셉터클을 형성하는 튜브형 베어링면(5)에 가이드 튜브의 튜브형 슬리이브(1)를 연결하는 레이디얼 베어링면(3)과 동일 평면에서 만들어지며, 외부 튜브형 베어링면(9)이 시일링 링용 리셉터클을 형성하는 튜브형 베어링면(5)의 뒤로 굽은 전단부 가장자리(8)의 확장부를 형성하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 기억박스의 클러치 릴리스 베어링용 가이드 튜브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브형 베어링면(5)(9)들의 단부들이 전단부 가장자리(8)의 영역에서 둥글게 되어 (13)(14)있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 튜브형 베어링면(5)(9)들이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
  4. 전술한 항중 어느, 한항에 있어서, 시일링 링용 리셉터클을 형성하는 튜브형 베어링면(5)이 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 시일링 링용 리셉터클을 형성하는 튜브형 베어링면(5)이 약간 뒤로 넓어진 원뿔형인 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 외부 튜브형 베어링면(9)이 리세스 부분(16)으로 전개된 원통형 센터링 부분(15)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
  7. 전술한 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가이드 튜브는 스탬핑하여서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가이드 튜브는 스틸 시이트를 스탬핑하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 튜브.
