Claims (7)
- 제1부재와 제2부재를 체결하고 부재들 사이에 뻗어있으며 또한 부재들을 서로 체결되도록 가압하는 레테이너 조립체(10)에 있어서, 조립체(10)는 한쪽끝에서 머리부재(14)와 다른 쪽끝에서 돌출부재(16)사이에서 길이 방향으로 뻗어있는 리테이너 몸체(12), 리테이너 몸체(12)를 수용하는 개구부(24)를 갖추고 있고, 머리부재(14)와 접합하며 리테이너 몸체(12)가 제1부재(30)에 있는 개구부(32)를 통하여 뻗어 있도록 제1부재(30)의 표면(31)과 상기 머리리부재(14)사이에 배치된 탄성부재(20), 서로 간격이 떨어진 한쌍의 표면(42, 44)를 갖추고 있으며, 표면 쌍들중의 1는 개구부(46)를 가지고 있는 제2부재(40)의 개구부(46)내에 위치하며 그곳을 통해서 통로(58)를 갖추고 있으며 수용부재(50)에 있는 통로(58)를 통하여 돌출부재(16)의 삽입이 수용부재(50)를 돌출부재(16)에 의해 탄력적으로 변형시키고, 최초 위치로 복귀하도록 제2부재(40)를 유연하게 파지하는 수용부재(50)로 구성되어 있으며, 여기에서 수용부재(50) 는 돌출부재(16)와 맞물려서 리테이너 몸체(12)를 지지하며 리테이너 조립체(10)는 제1부재(30)를 가압하여 제2부재(40)와 체결되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부재(50)는 상기 돌출부재(16)와 체결하도록 어깨(59)를 제공하기 위하여 통로(58)쪽으로 방사상으로 안쪽으로 뻗어있는 핑거(54)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부재(50)는 제2부재(40)에 있는 개구부(46)를 통한 수용부재(50)의 축방향운동이 수용부재(50)를 돌출부재(16)와 더욱 견고하게 체결하도록 제2부재(40)에 있는 상기 개구부(46)을 체결하는 단차식 외부둘레(56)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부재(16)는 화살촉 형상으로 된 머리로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부재(50)는 가동 힌지연결부를 통하여 연결되는 4부분(54)으로 나누어진 부재로 이루어 진것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너 조립제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부재(50)는 2반부(54)로나누어지고 가동 힌지에 의해 연결되는 원형부재(50)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄성부재(20)은 V자형상을 가진 판스프링(20)으로 이루어지며 탄성부재(20)에서 개구부(24)는 V자형 판스프링(20)에 있는 V자형상의 개구부(22)의 밑면에 있는 개구부(24)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리테이너 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
