Claims (9)
- 판이 다수의 얇은 시이트의 적층물이고, 각각의 얇은 시이트는 두께가 2mm 또는 그 미만이며 규산 칼슘 결정의 이차 입자, 섬유상물질, 중합체 및 응고제, 중합체 및 이차 입자의 표면상에 흡착된 응고제로 구성되고:이차 입자가 이차 입자상에 흡착된 중합체를 경유하여 서로 직접적으로 결합되어 있고:적층된 얇은 시이트는 규산 칼슘 결정의 이차 입자 및 시이트 표면상에 존재하는 중합체 모두에 의하여 완전한 판으로 서로 단단하게 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 규산 칼슘 성형판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 스티렌-아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 카르복시-변성 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 클로로프렌 중합체 및 페놀 수지로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나임을 특징으로 하는 성형판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 페놀 수지임을 특징으로 하는 성형판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규산 칼슘 결정이 토베르모라이트 결정, 크소노틀라이트 및/또는 월라스토나이트 결정임을 특징으로 하는 성형판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응고제가 고분자 응고제임을 특징으로 하는 성형판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고분자 응고제가 양이온성 고분자 응고제, 음이온성 고분자 응고제 또는 비이온성 고분자 응고제임을 특징으로 하는 성형판.
- 규산 칼슘 결정의 이차 입자, 섬유상 물질, 중합체 및 응고제로 구성되는 수성 슬러리로부터 얇은 시이트를 형성하고, 수득한 얇은 시이트를 층으로 겹치고, 그 적층물을 압측 성형 및 건조하는 단계로 구성된 방법임을 특징으로 하는 규산 칼슘 성형판의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중합체가 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 스티렌-아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 카르복시 변성 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 클로로프렌 중합체 및 페놀 수지로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중합체가 페놀 수지임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
