Claims (9)
- 하기a)-c)를 용융 블렌딩시킴으로써 형성된 부분적으로 그라프트화된, 다상 연질 열가소성 조성물: a) 폴리 에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들의 공중합체, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리-4-메틸펜트-1-엔, 폴리스티렌 및 이들의 공중합체, 폴리페닐렌 옥시드, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 및 포리술폰에서 선택되고, 조성물의 최소한 하나의 연속성을 구성하는, 25-50부피%의 최소한 하나의 열가소성 수지, b) 10-74부피%의 최소한 하나의 에틸렌 공중합체, E/X/Y [이 식에서 E는 E/X/T의 최소한 50중량%인 에틸렌이고, X는 1-35중량%인 산-함유 불포화 모노-카르복실산이며, Y는 0-49중량%인, 최소한 하나의 알킬아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타릴레이트, 비닐에테르, (여기서 알킬 및 에테르 라디칼은 1-12개 탄소원자를 함유한다.), 일산화 탄소, 이산화 탄소, 이산화 황, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 유도된 부분이며, 더 나아가서 산 함유 부분내에 있는 산기는 금속에 의해0-100%중화된] 및 c)에폭시드, 이소시아네이트, 아지리딘, 실란, 알킬 할로겐화물, 알파-할로케톤, 알파-할로 알디히드 또는 옥시졸린 중 최소한 하나에서 선택된 반응성기를 함유하고 성분 b) 내에 있는 산-함유부분과 반응하는 최소한 하나의 중합체 그라프팅제 1-50부피%(여기서 성분 b) + 성분 c) 100 당 반응성기의 MMOLS로서 표현되는, 그라프팅제에 의해 조성물에 제공된 반응기의 양이 1-35이고, 더 나아가서 중합체 그라프팅제, 성분 Cso에 있는 반응성기는 0.5-15중량%이고 중합체 그라프팅제의 나머지는 최소한 50중량%의 에틸렌과, 알킬 및 에테르가 1-12개 탄소원자를 함유하는 최소한 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 에테르, 일산화 탄소, 이산화황 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 유도된 부분 0-49중량%를 함유함)[상기 부피%는 성분 a), 성분 b) 및 성분 c)만의 합을 기준으로 한 것이고 혼합하기 전에 개개 성분의 밀도에서부터 계산된 것임]
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 및 이들의 공중합체에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리프로필렌에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)는 27-48부피%의 양으로 존재하고, 성분 b)는 20-69부피%의 양으로 존재하며, 성분 c)는 4-35부피%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 28-46부피5의 양으로 존재하고, 성분 b)가 30-65부피%의 양으로 존재하며, 성분 c)가 7-25부피%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)는 최소한 55중량%의 에틸렌, 3-30중량%의 불포화 모노-카르복실산 및, 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬메타크릴레이트 및 이들의 혼합물 중 최소한 하나에서, 유도된 부분(여기서 알킬 라디칼은 1-8개 탄소 원자를 함유함) 0-35중량%를 포함하며 더 나아가서 불포화 모노-카르복실산 내에 있는 산기는 나트륨, 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 및 리튬에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속이온에 의해 0-80%가 중화되는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분 b)는 최소한 60중량%의 에틸렌, 메타크릴 산 및 아크릴산에서 선택된 산-함유부분 5-15중량%, 메틸 아크릴레이트, 이소-부틸 아크릴레이트 중 최소한 하나에서 유도된 부분 0-25중량%를 포함하고 더 나아가서 이 산기가 나트륨, 아연, 마그네슘 및 칼슘에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속이온에 의해 30-70%가 중화된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)는 4-11개 탄소원자를 함유하는 에폭시드에서 선택된 반응성 기를 함유하고, 성분 b)+성분 c)의 100당 반응성기의 MMOLS로서 표현되는, 성분 c)에 의해 조성물에 제공된 반응성 기의 양, X는 5-30이고 더 나아가서 성분 c) 내에 있는 반응성기의 양은 1-10중량%이고, 성분 c)의 나머지는 에틸렌이 최소한 55중량%이고, 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물 중 최소한 하나에서 유도된 부분(여기서 알킬 라디칼은 1-8개 탄소원자를 함유함다)이 0-35중량%인 조성물.
