Claims (12)
- 하기 a)-c)의 성분들을 용융 블렌딩시킴으로써 형성되는 부분적으로 그라프트화된, 다-상 연질 열가소성 조성물 : a) 이용가능한 그라프트 부위를 갖고, 조성물의 최소한 하나의 연속상을 초함하며, 최소한 5,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 25-50부피 %의 최소한 하나의 열가소성 수지, b) 10-74%부피의 최소한 하나의 에틸렌 공중합체, E/X/Y[여기서 E는 에틸렌으로 E/X/Y의 최소한 50중량 %이며, X는 1-35중량%의 산-함유 불포화 모노-카르복실산이며, Y는 0-49 중량%의 최소한 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 에테르(여기서 알킬 및 에테르 라디칼은 1-12개의 탄소원자를 함유함). 일산화탄소, 이산화황, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 유도된 부분이고, 산-함유 부분내의 산기들은 금속 이온에 의해 0-199% 중화됨] 및 c) 성분 b)내의 산-함유 부분과 반응하고, 부가적으로 성분 a) 의 이용가능한 그라프트 부위와 반응하는, 에폭시드, 이소시아네이트, 아지리딘, 실란, 알킬, 할로겐화물, 알파-할로케톤, 알파-할로 알데히드, 또는 옥사졸린에서 선택된 반응성기를 함유하는 1-50부피 %의 최소한 하나의 중합체 그라프팅제(여기서 성분 b)+성분 c)의 100g 당반응성기 MMOLS로서 표현되는 그라프팅제에 의해 조성물에 제공된 반응성기의 양인 X는 하기식에 의해 정의된다 : d=(a).(m)<X<10 상기식에서 a=성분 a)의 부피%, d=성분 b)+성분 c)의 100g당 반응성기 0.9MMOLS중합체 그라프팅제, 성분 c) 상의 반응성기의 양은 0.5-15중량%이고, 중합체 그라프팅제의 나머지는 최소한 50중량%의 에틸렌 및 0-49중량%의 최소한 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 에테르(여기서 알킬 및 에테르 라디칼은 1-12개의 탄소 원자를 함유함), 일산화탄소, 이산화황 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 유도된 부분이다), (성분 a), b) 및 c)에 대한 상기 부피 %는 성분 a), 성분 b), 및 성분 c)만의 합을 기준으로 한 것이고 혼합하기 전에 각 성분들의 밀도에서 계산된 것이다.

- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리카르보네이트에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 나일론 66, 나일론 612 및 나일론 6에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리에스테르에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리에스테틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단일중합체, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단일중합체, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 테트라메틸렌 글리클 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜에서 선택된 500-2500분자량의 글리콜을 함유하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 블록 공중합체 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트/폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 27-48부피%의 양으로 존재하고, 성분 b)가 20-69부피%의 양으로 존재하며, 성분 c)가 4-35부피%의 양으로 존재하며, 성분 c)가 4-35부피%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 28-46부피%의 양으로 존재하고, 성분 b)가 30-65부피%의 양으로 존재하며, 성분 c)가 7-25부피%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 최소한 에틸렌 55중량%, 불포화 모노-카르복실산 3-30중량%, 및 최소한 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 및 그의 혼합물에서 유도된 부분 0-35중량%를 포함하는 조성물(여기서 알킬 라디칼은 1-8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 불포화 모노-카르복실산내에 있는 산기는 나트륨, 아연, 마그네슘, 칼륨, 칼슘 및 리튬에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속이온에 의해 0-80%가 중화됨)
- 제9항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 최소한 에틸렌 60중량%, 메타크릴산 및 아크릴산에서 선택된 산-함유 부분 5-15중량%, 및 최소한 하나의 메틸 아크릴레이트, 이소-부틸 아크릴레이트 및 n-부틸 아크릴레이트에서 유도된 부분 0-25%를 포함하는 조성물(여기서 산기는 나트륨, 아연, 마그네슘 및 칼슘에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속 이온에 의해 30-70%가 중화됨.
