Claims (16)

  1. (a) 연신실내 입구에 프리폼을 공급하는 단계, (b) 프로폼의 가공온도 이상의 유체를 가열하는 단계, (c) 프로폼이 가공구역에서 연신온도에 있게 될 때까지 적극적으로 가열유체가 프리폼을 지나 흐르게 하는 단계, 및 (d) 연신실의 출구를 통해 프리폼으로부터 제품을 인발하는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼으로부터 제품을 연신하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 별도의 가열실에서 유체를 가열하여 그 가열된 유체를 연신실에 공급하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가열유체가 가공구역을 통과한 후 재가열하기 위해 유체를 다시 가열실로 흡인하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 개별적 간격에서 선택된 위치에서 가열된 유체의 온도를 측정하고, 상기 유체가 열단계 및 상기 공급유체의 속도를 조정하는데에 그 측정된 온도 값을 사용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 연신실에 들어오려고 하는 프리폼의 일부의 온도가 미리 선택된 제어온도가 되게하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 절연수단을 연신실의 출구로부터 미리 선택된 거리만큼 연신실의 입구쪽으로 이동시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 연신실의 하방으로부터 상방으로 프리폼을 공급하고 연신실 상부로부터 상부로 제품을 인발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. (a) 연신실 하방으로부터 프리폼을 공급하는 단계, (b) 연신실에서 프리폼을 가공온도까지 가열하는 단계, 및 (c) 연신실로부터 상방으로 제품을 인발하는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로폼으로부터 제품을 연신하는 방법.
  9. (a) 연신실, (b) 유체 가열수단을 갖는 있는 별도의 유체가열실, (c) 가열실로부터 연신실까지 통로를 통해서 공기를 송급하기 위한 강제대류요소, (d) 연신실 입구, 및 (e) 연신실 출구를 갖고 있는 (1)노, (2)프리폼을 상기 입구내에 공급하기에 적합한 프리폼 공급기구, 및 (3) 상기 출구로부터 제품을 인발하기에 적합한 제품인발기구로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼으로부터 제품을 연신하기 위한 유리 연신 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 프리폼을 연신실 입구에서 정상화 온도에 도달하게 하는 수단을 추가로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 프리폼을 정상화 온도에 도달하게 하는 수단에는 연신실 입구 주위에 배치되어 있고 내측으로 배향된 구멍을 갖고 있는 칼라에 도관으로 연결되어 있는 공기원이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 연신실 출구로부터 연신실 입구에까지 연장되어 있고, 조정가능한 연장수단을 갖고 있는 절연 슬리브를 추가로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 흐르는 가열유체중에 위치해 있는 온도측정수단을 추가로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 기능적으로 온도 측정 수단과 연결되어 있으며 공기 가열수단과 강제 대류 소요 및 그것들을 통하여 가열유체의 흐름에 의해 방출된 열을 제어하는 중앙 제어기구를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 중앙제어기구는 절연 슬리브 조정수단에 기능적으로 연결되어 있고 그것을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 프리폼은 요소들의 다발로 형성되어 있으며 장치는 프리폼을 둘러싸는 기밀 배기(진공화된)봉투를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
