제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라 브레이크 부우스터를 방화벽에 부착한 제 3 도의 선 1-1에 따른 단면도를 도시한 브레이크 시스템의 개략도이며 ; 제 2 도는 제 1 도에 도시되어 있는 경계선으로 한정된 부분의 확대도이며 ; 제 3 도는 브레이크 부우스터의 부착에 관한 종래기술에서 방화벽을 도시한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 브레이크 부우스터의 쉘을 차량의 방화벽에 체결하기 위한 패스터 장치에 있어서 ; 홈에 인접한 쉘상의 위치된 환형의 반경방향랜드와, 상기 방화벽으로 뻗는 플랜지, 및 상기 방화벽으로부터 뻗으며 홈을 상기 플랜지상에 위치시키도록 상기 랜드를 맞물리게 하며 쉘과 방화벽 사이의 연결부를 형성하는 클립부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지는 ; 상기 랜드를 맞물리게 하는 원호를 형성하는 일련의 탭을 포함하며, 상기 원호는 반원과 실질적으로 동일한 길이를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 방화벽은 : 슬롯에 의해 반원형 꼭대기 부분에 연결되는 반원형 베이스를 가진 트인구멍을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 반원형 꼭대기 부분은 상기 랜드를 상기 탭과 맞물리도록 반지름 방향으로 이동시키기 전에 브레이크 부우스터의 상기 쉘상의 허브부가 상기 트인구멍을 통과하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 이서서, 상기 방화벽에 고정되는 제 1 끝과 쉘상의 허브부가 상기 트인구멍을 통하여 축방향으로 이동함에 따라 자유롭게 굽어지는 제 2 끝을 가진 판스프링 부재를 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 판스프링은 랜드가 플랜지와 맞물림에 따라 수축하며, 상기 제 2 끝은 수축하에 상기 허브를 맞물리게 하여 상기 브레이크 부우스터가 이후 상기 트인구멍에 대하여 반지름 방향으로 이동하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 클립부재는 ; 상기 랜드를 맞물리게 하여 쉘을 방화벽에 대하여 유지시키는 멈춤쇠를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 패스너 장치는 : 상기 방화벽을 통한 소리의 전달을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 방화벽에 부착되고 상기 플랜지 부근에 인접하여 위치되는 커버부재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방화벽은 동일한 반지름 방향 평면에 위치되는 실질적으로 하나의 연속부재이며, 반력은 방화벽을 구부림이 없는 이 반지름 방향 평면으로부터 상기 프랜지를 통하여 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
  8. 제 3 항에 있어서 : 상기 방화벽에 부착되며 단차부를 가지고 있는 미끄럼 이동부재, 및 상기 트인구멍내에서의 반지름방향 이동을 방지하는 2차연결부를 제공하기 위하여 상기 허브와 스프링의 끝이 맞물림한 상태에서 상기 미끄럼 이동부재의 단차부를 방화벽과 맞물림하도록 가압하는 스프링을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스너 장치.
