Claims (16)
- 다중도가 5 내지 95%인 비인화성 탄소 보강 섬유 [여기에서, 탄소섬유는 비선형, 사실상 비가역적 열경화,탄성, 모양 개질 및 신장가능하며, 가역성 편향비가 1.2:1 이상이고 종횡비(ℓ/d)가 10:1 이상이다] 및, 임의로, 선형 탄소섬유 또는 다른 섬유와 비선형 탄소섬유와의 배합물을 함유하는 고분자 매트릭스를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유 보강된 복합재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소섬유의 탄소함량이 65% 이상이고 LOI 값이 40 이상인 복합재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 지름이 4 내지 25μ인 피치계 전구체 섬유 또는 안정화된 고분자 전구체 섬유로부터 유도되는 복합재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고분자 전구체 섬유가 아크릴로니트릴 단독 중합체, 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 및 아크릴로니트릴 터폴리머로부터 선택되는 아크릴 섬유이며, 공중합체와 터폴리머는 아크릴 단위 85몰% 이상 및 다른 중합체와공중합된 하나 이상의 모노비닐 단위 15몰% 이하를 함유하는 복합재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 전기전도성이고, 탄소함량이 85% 이상이며, 전기저항이 4×103ohms/㎝ 미만이고, 비저항력이 10-1ohms/㎝ 미만인 복합재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 전기적으로 비전도성이거나 어떠한 정전소산 특성을 소유하지 않고, 탄소함량이 65% 이상 85% 미만이며, 전기저항이 4×103ohms/㎝ 이상이고, 비저항력이 10-1chms/㎝ 미만인 복합재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 전기전도성과 정전 소산 특징이 낮고, 탄소함량이65% 이상 85% 미만이며, 비저항력이 4×106내지 4×133chms/㎝ 인 복합재료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 고분자 매트릭스속에 20 내지 50%의 양으로 존재하는 복합재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 정현파 및/또는 코일 형태의 배열을 가지며, 가역성 편향비가 2:1 이상인 복합재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 연속 필라멘트, 사 또는 토우의 형태인 복합재료.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 부직, 양모상 모우, 배팅 또는 웨브의 형태이거나, 직물 또는 편직 포 또는직물의 형태인 복합재료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 양모상 모우 또는 배팅의 밀도가 2.4 내지 32㎏/㎥인 복합재료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고분자 매트릭스가 열경화 수지, 열가소성 수지 또는 고무중에서 선택되는 복합재료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리아미드 수지 또는 열가소성 포화 폴리에스테르 수지중에서 선택되는 복합재료.
- 제14항에 있어서, 다른 섬유가 천연 또는 합성 고분자 섬유, 다른 탄소섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 유리 섬유, 금속 섬유 또는 금속 피복 섬유중에서 선택되고, 다른 섬유가 배합물 중에 50% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 복합재료.
- 제14항에 있어서, 다른 섬유가 면화, 양모, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 나일론, 레이온, 석면, 실리카 섬유, 실리카 알루미나, 티탄산칼륨, 탄화규소, 질화규소, 질화붕소, 붕소, 아크릴 섬유, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 비닐 섬유, 단백질 섬유 및 붕소, 이산화토륨 또는 산화지르콘 중에서 선택된 산화물 섬유 중에서 선택되는복합재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
