Claims (10)

  1. 플라스틱, 목제 또는 이와 유사한 재료를, 피이더스크류(20)의 일단에 배치된, 상대적으로 고정된 다수의 대응칼(41)들과 함께 동작하는 칼(41)들에 의해, 예컨대 플라스틱에 대해서는 그래뉼로, 그리고 목제등에 대해서는 칩으로 분쇄시키기 위한 분쇄기에 있어서, 스크류(20)와 함께 회전하는 각각의 칼이 단부판(26)과, 스크류(20)의 단부에 가장 근접하여 스크류의 끝에 고정된 링(31)사이를 뻗어있는 시트(40), 이 시트(40)의 형태와 같은 칼날(41), 및 시트(40)에 칼날(41)을 고정체결시키는 바아(42)로 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 칼날(41)은 시트(40)에 위치 고정시키기 위한 수단을 갖추고 있으며, 시트(40)는 함께 협동하는 수단을 갖추고 있으며, 바아(42)는 칼날(41)로부터 이격된 연부에 융기부(45)를 가지며 그리고 다수의 볼트(43,44)에 의해 시트(40)와 그리고 융기부(45) 둘레의 칼날(41)에 체결됨을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 칼날(41)은 균일한 측면을 가짐과 아울러 대칭적이며, 그리고 그의 종방향 측연부를 각각 따라서 2절단연부(47,48)를 형성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 피이더스크류(20)는 그의 전체크기에 걸쳐 중심이 개방되며, 그리고 칼들에 대해 반대편 단부에는 공급 개구(37)를 갖춘 피이더튜브(30)안에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 스크류(20)는 직사각형 횡단면의 헬리컬형으로 연장하는 밴드의 형태로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  6. 제 4 항 및 5항에 있어서, 스크류(20)는 그의 일단(28,29)에서는 피이더튜브(30)에 지지되고, 타단에서는 평판(26)을 통해 하우징(21)안에 스크류(20)를 지지함과 아울러 적절한 구동수단(8,9,10,11)에 결합시키기 위한 저어널축(16)을 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 하우징의 상부역은 아치형 평판(53)으로 이루어지고, 하부역은 선택된 천공치수로 천공된 평판 또는 아치형 그리드 및 하나 이상의 부품으로된 저장용기로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  8. 제 1 항 및 4항에 있어서, 대응칼(41)들은 하부징에 포함된 단벽(12,13)사이를 뻗어서 그곳에 고착되고 또한 회전칼들과 같은 형태의 시트(49,51), 칼날(41) 및 바아(50,52)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  9. 제 7 항 및 8항에 있어서, 대응칼들은 각기 단벽(12,13)과 대응칼들의 급속 커플링(56,59-65)에 의해 고정 유지된 하우징의 상부역(53)과 하부역(57)을 위한 지지부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
  10. 전술한 항중 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 피이더튜브(30)는 스크류(20)상의 링(31)에 가장 근접한 하우징단벽(12)에 배치된 슬리이브(35)에 대해 회전됨과 아울러 소정의 위치로 피이더튜브(30)를 고정시키는 수단을 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기.
