의료용 기구 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 의료용 기구를 막형 인공폐에 응용한 일 실시예의 단면도이다. 제 2 도는 본 발명의 의료용 기구를 열교환기 및 저혈조를 취부(取付)한 막형 인공폐 장치에 응용한 일 실시예의 부분 단면도이다. 제 3 도는 본 발명의 의료용 기구를 혈액 필터에 응용한 일 실시예의 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 소수성 재료로서된 혈액 접촉부를 갖는 의료용 기구의 그 혈액 접촉부의 일부 또는 전부에 생체에 안전한 계면 활성제를 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 기구.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 의료용 기구가, 가스 교환막으로서 소수성막을 사용한 막형 인공폐이며, 그 막형 인공폐 내부의 혈액 접촉부의 일부 또는 전부에 상기 계면 활성제가 부착되어 있는 의료용 기구.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 의료용 기구가, 소수성막을 사용한 혈액필터이며, 그 혈액필터 내부의 혈액 접촉부의 일부 또는 전부에 상기 계면 활성제가 부착되어 있는 의료용 기구.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가, 바이온계 계면 활성제인 의료용 기구.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가, 폴리에텔형 고분자 계면 활성제인 의료용 기구
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 교환막이 다공질막인 의료용 기구.
  7. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 교환막이 다공질 중공사막인 의료용 기구.
  8. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 막형 인공폐가, 혈액 유입구와 혈액 유출구를 갖는 하우징과 그 하우징내에 수납된 다수의 가스교환용 중공사막으로된 중공사막속과, 그 중공사막속(中空系膜束)의 양단부를 상기한 하우징에 액밀하게 지지하는 한쌍의 격벽을 가지며, 그 격벽과 상기한 하우징 내면 및 상기한 중공사막 외면에 의해 형성된 혈액실과, 상기한 중공사막 내부에 형성된 가스실을 가지며, 다시 적어도 어느것인가 한쪽의 격벽의 외측에 설치되며, 상기한 가스실과 연통하는 가스 유입구를 갖는 가스 유로형성체를 갖는 의료용 기구.
  9. 소수성 재료로서된 혈액 접촉부를 갖는 의료용 기구를 조립한 후, 그 혈액접촉부에, 생체에 안전한 계면 활성체를 함유한 액체를 접촉시키고, 다시 건조시켜서, 상기한 혈액접촉부의 표면에 상기한 계면 활성제를 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 기구의 제조방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 의료용 기구가, 하우징내에 수납된 소수성 가스 교환막에 의해 하우징내가 혈액실과 가스실로 구획된 막형 인공폐이며, 그 막형 인공폐를 조립한 후, 상기 혈액실내에 계면 활성제를 첨가한 용액을 충전하고, 다시 혈액실측을 가압 상태 혹은 가스실측을 음압(陰壓)으로 한후, 상기 용액을 제거하여 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 기구의 제조방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 가스 교환막이 다공질막인 의료용 기구의 제조방법.
  12. 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 막형 인공폐가, 하우징과 그 하우징내에 수납된 다수의 가스 교환용 중공사막으로된 중공사막속과, 그 중공사막속의 양단부를 상기한 하우징에 액밀하게 지지하는 한쌍의 격벽과 그 격벽과 상기한 하우징 내면 및 상기한 중공사막 외면에 의해 형성된 혈액실과, 상기한 중공사막 내부에 형성된 가스실을 가지며, 다시, 적어도 어느것인가 한쪽의 격벽의 외측에 설치되며, 상기한 가스실과 연통하는 유입구를 갖는 가스 유로형성체를 갖는 의료용 기구의 제조방법.
  13. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가 바이온계 계면 활성제인 의료용 기구의 제조방법.
  14. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가, 폴리에텔형 고분자 계면 활성제인 의료용 기구의 제조방법.
